“Buyers beware, when purchasing anything from Titan Fitness, just understand that returning is essentially not an option. I have about 10 Titan Fitness products and all have been great with the exception of my most recent purchase, the adjustable competition kettle bells. I believe most of their products are great, however, I've had no luck with customer service and their return policy is terrible. You must pay for return shipping (which is absolutely ridiculous when shipping costs are based on weight). Plus, you have to pay a restocking fee. Both of the above items are supposed to be covered when returning a damaged item, however, I've been going back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks trying to return the kettles bells that I received that were so damaged, it looked like they had been used in a gym for a couple years. Unfortunately, will probably not be ordering anything else from Titan Fitness again.”

“I love the equipment I purchased for my home gym. The linebacker attachment is great, the collars are fantastic, & the landmine stand works like a champ. I'm also highly encouraged by the increased focus by Titan on improving their packaging & instruction manuals. Keep heading in this direction & I will keep buying Titan products. :)”

“I’m started a home gym and needed a good bar for a decent price. Bar is very sturdy and feels solid! I do a lot of Olympic lifts, snatches and cling and press. bar holds up and feels great. And it spins like a champ!”

“I've been surprised at the quality of all of my Titan equipment. Despite the very reasonable prices! Free shipping is a huge bonus for big items, like a lot of gym equipment. Titan has become my go-to fitness equipment site when I first start looking for a new piece of equipment; which is often because I am a personal trainer!”
