“The pull-up bar I ordered is meant to be mounted to the ceiling. The package contains concrete anchors and I don’t think anyone has a concrete ceiling. There should be lag bolts not concrete anchors. Otherwise 5 stars as usual for Titan!”

“I purchased the barbell storage holder to store a safety squat bar and 2 barbells. I was concerned to safety squat bar would cause it to tip, but it does not. It works great and frees up space in the room.”

“There are businesses that value customer relationships and business that just value the mighty dollar. Titan Fitness values the mighty dollar. I saw there was a 15% off coupon for first time purchases, which was the reason I ultimately made my first purchase. With the discount the price of the equipment was competitive with other brands I was shopping. I made the purchase but forgot to include the code at checkout and I completed the purchase. As soon as I realized this I contacted support and let them know that I missed this at checkout and Ga e them a coupon code which they could have easily applied, offered a credit and I would have raved about their service. Instead, they responded with its their policy this has to be done before the purchase and its my fault so there's nothing they are willing to do about it. I stead they offered for me to return the unopened sets, pay for shipping and they would happily take them back for a 20% restocking fee. This company and their employees unfortunately llack a moral compass and don't understand the value of a customer. I have an entire gym I still need to purchase that I'm happy to find another vendor for. The funny thing is most of what they sell is highly commoditized, meaning I can get them almost anywhere. The only real value they can offer is price and service. You failed at both Titan Fitness. Pleasure not doing future business with you.”

“Bar is solid. Hardware that came with the bar wasn't needed. Shipping took longer as something happened to the label. When box wa delivered it had holes and was in rough shape.”

“My pulley tower was shipped very quickly. The instructions were terrible, though! The instructions have no guide whatsoever for how the two cables go in... and in general, they're not easy to use. So it definitely took a few hours to get this put together. I'll add that while they do give you some small wrenches, you do need some tools... having a socket wrench makes the whole thing go a lot faster and ensures it's more tightly put together. We also needed a small crow bar because one or two of the metal brackets that you're supposed to put the cable wheels in between were bent and had to be unbent to get the wheels in. Similarly, one of the holes for a screw--the metal wasn't cut low enough. That being said, the machine itself is great. I'm really happy with it and it's a huge upgrade from the bands I was using. Definitely a great and affordable investment!”

“I purchased the t3 rack and accessories to replace a mishmosh of gym equipment I had in my setup. I've been using it for a week or so now, and it has allowed me to work out harder and with more weight knowing that I have a safety net. I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to setup a home gym.”
