“The easy load hex bar works as described. However, There is a lot to be desired in their packaging. I received my first bar about a week after ordering the unit arrived with the outside box smashed and it had holes. Upon unboxing, the six aggressively knurled handles were loose inside the box. This allowed them to scuff, scratch and gouge the paint and main portion of the bar. Upon assembly, there are four separate triangle plates that hold the handles to the bar. All four plates were missing a screw hole. I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful and sent out to replacement bar. When that bar arrived, the packaging was in pristine condition, but once again on the inside, the six neural handles had caused quite a bit of damage. It appears each of the handles has their own bubble wrapped plastic sleeve that they are inserted into, but the sleeve is not sealed so they just fell out and caused all the damage. Overall, the bar does work as described, and customer service was quick to respond.”

“Buyer beware. Initially only 3 of my 4 boxes arrived. After reach out to customer service, the 4th arrived the next week. The box was falling apart when it was delivered. Once I opened it and started to assemble the equipment, I realized one of the parts was drilled incorrectly. I reached back out to customer service, providing pictures, and was told they needed to send me to a different customer service department. 3 days later a new customer service person claimed he was looking into it. It’s been over a week, I’ve reached back out, and can’t get them to respond. Meanwhile I’m stuck with a useless piece of metal taking up space. Awful experience and awful customer service. Buy from a different company unless you’re in the market for an expensive paper weight.”

“Normally very pleased with Titan Fitness Equipment. Our shipping encountered many issues and did not arrive until 5 days after your order tracking said it had been delivered, meaning I could not get support in that avenue. Additionally our package was clearly packaged haphazardly, consisting of 3 or 4 different carboard boxes broken down and then loosely taped together which led to our brand new deadlift platform being scratched and damaged in transport.”

“purchased the Nemesis Functional trainer. I have always been happy with Titans equipment and speedy shippy but this order was different. The crate came in severly damaged and it was clear that it had water damage for a long period of time. When I opened the crate there was black mold and much of the cardboard packaging was destroyed. Additionally the product was damaged and many parts were covered in rust. I would not recommend buying the Nemesis functional trainer and if you do make sure to have route protection as I did.”

“This thing is an absolute tank. Amazing product at a great price. No doubt this thing is up to the challenge of handling the weight it’s rated for! Don’t think twice about this squat rack. It’s tall enough for me to set up up for shoulder presses as well and I am 5’ 10”. Love the spacing of the holes in the lower position”

“Ordered fixed barbells and rack. Barbells came in quick and appear nice. The rack in the other hand had to be shipped twice. The first time the shipping company sent it back and I received an email 2 weeks later saying they would send me a replacement. Took about 2 more weeks and finally received rack. It was severely damaged and was shipped in about 3/4 of a cardboard box and the rest wrapped in packing tape. Titan would not take it as a return even though I never opened it or even moved it off my porch. Very poor customer service and they do not care about the consumer”
