“Item showed up with a bent hinge and would not latch to the rack. Emailed Titan with a request for a replacement part and was asked for photo/ video evidence of the issue. Still have not heard back after supplying the information. Kind of hard to use an item I cannot affix properly.”

“My very busy schedule only allowed me time today (Sunday, 9/29/24) to open the box. I carefully reviewed all items in the box that I saw, but was not able to put the machine together due to time constraints. Also, there were no instructions in the box.”

“Dumbells are very good quality. Purchased the wall mounted pulley machine a few weeks after and was disappointed with the quality. Great machine but many of the pieces appeared to be bent in making it hard to assemble. Appeared to maybe have been a returned product.”

“I have low ceilings in the basement and this rack fits perfectly. The pull up bar is in an awkward spot for getting under the bar when doing squats, but that is part of the compromise of a 71" rack I suppose. Easy to put together and sturdy enough for an intermediate lifter. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Would buy again.”

“Very quick delivery and packaged very well. Instructions online and simple to follow when putting together. Flat and decline works great for chest. Incline, in my opinion, doesn’t put you in a correct position. I am giving it a 4.5/5 stars just for that one flaw. Would recommend this piece.”
