“The Titan Multi grip bar has been a game changer. My benching was limited to what pain I could tolerate in my right shoulder. Now with this bar it’s about how much I can actually bench. The bar is well made, the welds, construction and paint are all very good. The thickness of the grips is slightly more than a standard barbell and l liked the knurling as well as the center mark. I would recommend using axle collars with this bar as the standard collars are not tight on the sleeve. The only thing I will ding Titan for on this bar is the label, it was installed reverse. This is the only reason why bar doesn’t get five stars from me. How does one space out at work so much that you set the label on wrong and install two rivets all while looking at it and not notice?”

“This pull-up bar assembly is very solid and sturdy and I feel very comfortable doing pull-ups knowing that it will not give out under my body weight of 200 lbs. I installed the rack in my garage making sure that the lag-bolts securing the rack to the wall all went into studs behind the sheetrock. My only installation mistake is that I mounted it a little to high up on the wall....so I've solved this issue by using a small step-stool underneath the rack. I highly recommend the Titan pull-up bar!”

“I purchased the SSB bar for my athletes and all of them so far have loved it! I believe this is a great way to introduce the squat with load on your back. The straight bar and be slightly intimidating for people and uncomfortable at times. The SSB takes all of that away and has given my athletes tremendous confidence and have hit huge PRs recently. One being a 95lb 12yr old hitting 130lbs for 5!!”

“Very happy with my x3 bolt down short rack. Titan was super responsive to my questions and went above and beyond to help me through my purchase. Super solid rack gym quality haven't owned a rogue or rep but have went heavy on both and the x3 is on par with both. It's a bolt down rack but I have not bolted down and been over 400 lbs on bench and squat and there is no play in the rack. Have about 180 lbs on the back pegs plus the weight of the rack and that's all. Well worth the price did a lot of shopping and as of 2025 find it hard to beat price wise.”
