“I order the titan strength belt two times L, and XL, and both times found out that they are not true to size. On top of that they make us cover the shipping cost to return which is half the price of the belt.”

“Quality made equipment for pursing a healthy lifestyle, worth the money. Its also a plus that the plates work well with other manufactured back plate carriers. Great value at a reasonable price. Another positive point is the design and shape of these plates, they are not bulky and do not rest awkwardly on the back. The weight can be centered and adjusted high to reduce lower back pain during long rucks.”
