“This is the perfect piece for doing Kickstand RDLs. I tried other ones from Amazon and other stores and nothing compares to this handle. Pricey but worth the money and it’s so much easier to hold onto on for heavier weight.”

“Good idea but lacks any thought out design. If you’re a massive person like the mountain then it probably fits you fine. For most people it’s to wide of a placement for the pick up and put down especially for smaller people. It fits me okay for flat press but incline is scetch and overhead is a no go. For my wife and most of our clients it just doesn’t fit them at all. It also doesn’t allow for my loadable dumbbells to sit all the way in the tray. This thing should be rethought to adjust to different widths and maybe even angle. The mad spotters work way better. I had hoped it would make moving 100 lb DB’s easier but it just doesn’t”

“The bumper plates are very nice as and so is the price. I have a the 45, 15 and 10lb plates and they are all high quality. I also have an olympic bar and also, very good quality at a reasonable price.”
