“The price increase in the past year or so is the reason for removal of a star. It makes the value worse. Machine is fine, tolerances are to be expected for the chinesium used, but all in all it remains the best option under $600 to do the job. Pad is a bit weak, could be better, and if you're gonna load up a lot of weight it moves around. Directions aren't great but not the worst. All in all 4/5.”

“Alignment of bolt pattern was perfect. Well designed and structured balance is flawless. Pull up bars are sized to fit. I just relax lean back and try to tear it off the bone!!! Many thanks!”

“Great addition to my gym. Fun to use and I use it with my boys as well and they enjoy it. Only small complaint I have is I wish they put UHMW on the inside so it wasn't metal on metal on your rack. Had a small issue when mine arrived, but Titan took care of it. great customer service.”

“All equipment is great and seems pretty robust. The only unexpected outcome was that some equipment items came without directions to build. If you go to the component QR code, it takes you to the assembly manual, and then you can build. I prefer printed out directions to use, so this was not ideal for me.”

“The equipment is great! I purchased a T-3 rack with an extra 12" bracing for the wall. When we went to install it, I realized I actually needed a 24" bracing (and only needed one set). I worked with several nice customer service people who tried to help via CHAT, EMAIL & PHONE *Macy was very nice. But, ultimately the supervisor Preston made the decision to not allow me just to return that one 12" brace to apply the money to the 24" bracing that I now had to purchase. I could return the entire order (me paying the postage + a $20 re-stock fee). Well, that really sucks. And I do not understand why if I purchased that extra brace separately, why I could not return just it for an exchange. When I asked for a discount code on the 24", Preston gave me a whopping 10% off. My advice would be to measure - and double measure- and not to order the extra brace until after you receive the equipment to see if you really need it and it is the correct size. So, really the company's "return policy" and Preston's effort would get a 1 star, and Macy, Jude and I believe I also spoke to a Jane would get 5 stars for trying.”

“I first took advantage of a Black Friday deal from Titan years ago to start my home gym. Bumper plates, a nice 1000lb capacity Olympic bar and some odds and ends. Shipping was fast and the quality is top notch. I’ve since bought a Roman chair and had the same experience. Can’t recommend Titan enough!”
