“Always love using Titan Fitness. Almost our entire garage is from them & they are amazing pieces. Will always recommend anything they have on the site. We workout a lot and the items are really holding up well.”

“Great piece of equipment! Well built, fast shipping. Love how this bench stands up out of the way. For the price you can’t beat it. Only complaint is I wish the nuts and bolts had some sort of labeling. Felt unsure what was what at times. Great product Titan!!!”

“This review is for the "Roman Chair Back Hyperextension." I purchased this equipment, and it was shipped and delivered quickly. But the box came damaged, and the parts inside were packaged extremely poorly. Only thin bubble wrap was used, which is insufficient for something so heavy and bulky. Because of this, multiple pieces were scuffed and dented. The "Titan Fitness" metal name plate had a screw missing and was bent. I reached out to customer support, who offered a partial 10% refund due to the cosmetic damage. I also asked for a replacement name plate, but they said they were out of stock. The product itself is fine for the price, but purchase at your own risk. There is a high likelihood if they ship all their equipment haphazardly in a box, for it to arrive damaged. I will not buy from Titan Fitness again due to the high risk of parts being damaged during shipping.”

Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear about the condition in which your Roman Chair Back Hyperextension arrived. We understand your frustration with the damaged packaging and the scuffs and dents on multiple components, as well as the missing and bent name plate. We also regret that we were unable to provide a replacement name plate due to it being out of stock, though we’re glad our team was able to offer a partial refund as a resolution. Your feedback regarding packaging and protection during transit has been noted and will be shared with our team for review to help improve future shipments. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
