One lever arm was missing hinge bolt that I had to purchase at a hardware store. Besides that everything was fine

Great product quality, unfortunately the product arrived only contained by the plastic supports to the box, it had busted through on two sides so it is quite banged up. Luckily it's gym equipment so who cares.

Definitely serves its purpose for the price. Finish chips off quite easily as I’ve only had this set up in my home gym for 2-3 weeks. Already significant areas on the top rack scratched off.

I paid extra for shipping service which advertised protection from products being damaged during shipping. Only they straight barbells were shipped via the protective shipping service; the free standing straight barbell rack which was part of my same order was not and clearly given the weight was tossed around and damaged during shipping process resulting in a dent and various, obvious deep scratches.

Product came with metal part loose in box, scratching item. Screw missing, and one wheel, bolt and nut just loose in box like someone just threw it in there. I was very disappointed. I expect better service from Titan.

The cable to the red safety cable Was frayed and broke before I could install the part. I used some cable Shrink wrap to repair but would like a new cable or pin and cable

The product was sturdy, but it took some time to get the bar mostly straight. It was a little frustrating that it doesn't come with the hardware to attach the pull-up bar to the wall. However, it does work and the pull-up bar itself appears to be made out of quality metal and welds.

The female end of one was damaged, therefore it doesn’t slide correctly. I had to bend it back into place, however the paint had already been scraped off the male end.

First off let me just say that I have a lot of products from Titan and I do really enjoy the equipment I have. I just purchased the short yoke and got the protection plan with it. When it arrived, both top post were damaged. Now because of the damage when you put the cross bar on, the sleeve in the inside of the crossbar pops out and is very difficult to get back in. I think if your going to pay for a protection plan, the equipment that is sent should be protected a lot better. Maybe a bigger box with more styrofoam to protect the equipment? This isn’t the first time that my equipment has been damaged. Titan makes very good equipment, but something has to change for the shipping.

The cable tower is overall a good product. Unfortunately, the packaging leaves much to be desired. My tower arrived beat up. It had lots of scrapes on all of the black metal structural components and some significant dents on the vertical chrome tower bars, which are really obvious. Additionally, for $300 the pulleys should be upgraded from plastic/with better bearing/both to make for smoother movements. It’s a good product, but I’d look at what other options are out there before you click buy.

I reached out to titan fitness with a question about the specs of my order and never received a response. The fact that I took a risk and ordered and that order was delivered isn’t a noteworthy accomplishment.
