On of the boxes in this order was just thin cardboard that had been torn badly during shipping. I am still waiting on part of an order placed a week prior with no information on it as well, and am in the process of getting a bench swapped out that came to me made incorrectly. I've spent close to $2000 this month with Titan, and I am currently questioning my decision to do so.

I bought the T-3 series rack and it seems very sturdy and heavy duty. I just wish the T-3 stabilizer Bar was part of the rack. Seems like kinda a rip off that it’s not included and they want another $74 for something that should be part of the rack in the first place.

Some of the beams I received are chipped and has scuff marks on them. Pretty disappointing after spending that much money.

The customer service process was a bit, extra? I advised of an issue with color transferring from weights to my hands and I ended up washing the set of plates 2 times and multiple emails before a refund of a measly $15 refund. This for sure was almost a deterrent from conversations with customer service. I will not be ordering again in the future. Thank you for your time.

The equipment is great quality. Works very well.The only reason I gave it 3 stars is the packaging it came in. The equipment was able to move around during shipment which created it to scratch a lot . I’m sure not all their equipment comes like. This was my first time ordering from Titan. The cardboard is also cheap/weak so there was damage to the box which could possibly loose parts during transit. I would recommend them at least shrink wrap everything that goes out for delivery unless they would upgrade the quality of the cardboard boxes. And also use foam the keep parts from moving around in transit. But otherwise great value for the price.

I ordered a set of weightlifting chains. The product is a great value and meets my expectations. The shipping, however, left a lot to be desired. I tracked my package from CA to TX. Everything was on schedule, then inexplicably the package was "delayed" in Amarillo for 5-6 days. I am not sure what happened, but the package did not move. Upon arrival, the box had been nearly destroyed and was heavily taped... this was not a big deal given the contents. The big disappointment was what took so long to get the package on its way again.

Was missing three washers, and assembly instructions but otherwise good! Would also be helpful to know the correct metric size wrench is needed to tighten bolts. Turned out to be a 24mm, was confusing because the instructions online say m16.

I usually have had good experiences with Titan. This time the product was super delayed to even ship (almost 2 months). Did not mind the back order delay. But the continued delays did get a little tiring, luckily we did not need the equipment with urgency. Customer service was helpful when figuring out why it was taking so long to get the order. Overall a so/so experience.

The equipment as always is of good quality. The pads on my Safety Squat Bars all came in backward. I did not catch it until we set them out for the first training session with them. It was a minor inconvenience.

The bench looks and feels like nice quality. Mine showed up scratched which is annoying. It was back ordered and returning it would be a hassle. The back support has a pivot bracket that holds up the back rest. It is located on the side so when you lean on it there is a bit of a wobble and same thing for the seat cushion.

Ordered wooden planche bars/handles. Everything was nice besides the screws, they were rusty and stripped, leaving the bars with a bit of play.

The lat pulldown machine arrived packaged very well and nothing appeared to be damaged during shipping. The assembly instructions were very difficult to read and understand. we actually had to blow them up to see what was being portrayed. We also had to find a Youtube video to assist with proper assembly. you should consider producing an assembly video. it was very helpful. One negative issue that I haven't figured out a solution for just yet is that three of the top pullies are cocked sideways a little because the predrilled holes are not in proper alignment.

Makes my life easier. I do need to say that the equipment has a piece of metal inside I guess left in there when built, and every time I use it such metal rolls up and down and I find it really annoying. QC should have caught that.

My only negative is that standard clamps are too big to hold plates on the linebacker.

Purchased an SSB bar. The products is great. The ordering process was a little cludgy and when I purchased I realized that a "Route Shipping Protection" fee of $8.64 was on my invoice. Have no idea of what that is, what benefit it gave me, and why I didn't know to opt-out. I know it's a small amount on a larger order but still didn't make me happy. Also, the shipping showed it never moved and then suddenly it was at my door so luckily I was home to receive the product. Very few accurate updates.
