“Once again, a product came damaged. At least this time (unlike last time) customer service responded to my email. Offered me a 10% discount for my troubles even though scratch and dent typically sells for a 15-25% discount. I've bought alot of stuff from Titan... this was likely the last time. Too much hassle.”

“Decent piece of equipment, but arrived a week ago missing its seat. It has been difficult getting Titan to ship me a replacement. I have many pieces of Titan equipment and haven’t been let down until now.”

“Quality products with free shipping. 90% of my home gym is from Titan - barbells, plates, curl bar, benches, rack, functional trainer, and more. My wife and I use our home gym every day. We have zero complaints about the quality or durability of our equipment. We always look at Titan first when we talk about expanding. I just bought an EZ Curl bar from Titan. Patiently waiting for the cast iron plates to come back in stock.”

“I am blown away by the service I received from the support staff. My Infinity Rope was missing one small part. They didn't have any of those parts on hand so instead of shipping me the one part, they shipped a whole new unit and told me not to worry about returning the first one. I've been buying from Titan for years and they never disappoint!”

“Terrible service and shipping. It's been over 3 weeks since my original purchase, and still have not received my package. First order was sent to wrong address, and it returned to Titan Fitness, and they tried to charge me a 20% fee for this, but when I pointed out that it was their mistake, they shipped a replacement, but it still has not arrived after more than 10 days. I'm not sure I will ever buy from Titan Fitness ever again, terrible service, no one replies chats, and emails take to long and no solution is offered.”
