“I purchased a V11 dyson vacuum. soon after i received it it broke down. I, returned it using their RMA process and they said they received it in october. 2 months later they say that it was not the vacuum that they sold me and refuse to do anything.”

“Don’t use them they said item was in stock on site but it wasn’t ,I payed but didn’t get a confirmation email or tracking info, they don’t reply to your emails and when they do it’s just to say that they are still processing order .i tried to cancel but was unable to do so by raising a ticket so emailed them but they ignored me so I got credit card involved , still trying to resolve problem . They now say because the order has now been sent I will have to pay for shipping back to China where they will decide if I can have a refund . They also say that it will take 4 weeks to go back and I can only claim my £650 back for 30 days return .

“I regret buying from these guys. My product ws listed as "in stock" but not shipped after several days. I emailed and was infoirmed that they had no stock, but they didn't provide an estimated delivery date of stock. The product was then (and still is) listed as "in stock" on the site. They have a ticketing complaints sytem that doesn't work and they take several days to respond to emails. I had to lodge a PayPal dispur to get a refund. You have been warned!”

Ordered £320 item which never arrived. Chased them after a week and they blamed supplier problems. Then said item was due in a few days. Chased them a week later and they stopped answering my many emails.

I bought a pair of Sony Noise Cancelling earbuds for £179.99 without realising that TobyDeals UK was actually based and everything shipped from Hong Kong. Much to my surprise they did actually arrive but they didn't work and of course the conditions of return were prohibitive
.I contacted Sony and advised them of this scam and they have offered to look at the headphones and if they can, repair them free of charge. However the serial number was not recognisable so I am assuming the goods are fake. At least Sony are now aware of these rogues. They should be shut down”

For anyone considering using this company please see the email my partner recived from Tobydeals after trying to order a smart watch which was not delivered. This is the second time we have ordered through Tobydeals - the first time I ordered a Xiaomi Mi9 SE phone - fortunately, I selected the delivery insurance option (only because aften logging back on after 24 hours of the item being in my basket it offered me a £5 discount which covered the insurance cost). This was delivered within their 3 week timeframe. My partner was not so lucky - as she did not take out the delivery insurance option when placing her order. See the delivery options Tobydeals lists:

“What a deceitful site. Went to buy iPad for my daughter, typed in iPad Australia. A website came up near the top that took me to Toby deals. Thinking it was Australian, it even had au in the website address I bought it to save $20. It said it would take 6-8 days to arrive which would have arrived no later than my daughters birthday. I check the tracking and it says it's coming from Hong Kong. Nowhere on the ad did it say it's coming from overseas. So 15 days after I order it, it finally arrives from Hong Kong with an Asian PowerPoint so they put an international adapter in with it. Which from history adapters don't tend to last that long. My question is WHY would I or anyone for that matter but something from overseas to save $20. The site is set up so you think you are buying from Australia but you are not. Spend the extra $20, get the right product and keep the money in your own country to prosper. You will get the product but after the adapter breaks you will have to plug into computer and your money is going off shore. The site is so deceitful.”
