Toronto Blooms is synonymous for Gross Incompetence. Below is what I ordered and what was actually delivered, two days late (they were for a funeral) and one plant arrived dead because they shipped them via Canpar 4 days before they were delivered. Canpar is the same crappy courier company Walmart Canada uses. I try to contact customer service by phone - no answer. Never any answer. No call-back either even though I left several messages. Tried the "chat" feature on their website - received obvious automated responses. Was not speaking to a real person. Finally contacted someone by email and this person had no interest in doing anything to resolve the problem. No apology, nothing. She kept trying to blame me. I chose "the wrong" shipping option (no I didn't). They don't deliver on weekends (yes they do). It's one "business day" delivery. Okay, so even if that's true, a) why did they send me confirmation of delivery for Sunday? And if it's one BUSINESS day delivery that would make it Monday and it wasn't delivered until Tuesday. But apparently it was still my fault. I was finally told that if, when it arrived, there was a problem with the order, they would CONSIDER giving me a PARTIAL refund. Are you kidding me?? You don't deliver on time, you don't deliver what I ordered (you deliver something cheaper than what I paid for) and the plant arrives dead and you're going to CONSIDER giving me a PARTIAL refund ?? What kind of mickey-mouse company is this? So as of today, Wednesday just before noon, nobody has responded to my request for a full refund. Total radio silence. And btw, what was delivered, even if one had not arrived dead, is something that you can pick up at a grocery store for probably $20 each. They charged me close to $100 which, had they arrived on time, exactly what I ordered, and not dead, I wouldn't be complaining about because I do understand that ordering flowers through a florist costs way more than flowers at the grocery store.

I ordered a bouquet of rose chocolates and a tedy bear for my girlfriend on valentine's day. Dun not delivered. Customer service is also unreachable. Terrible company, I do not recommend it to anyone. It would have gone faster if I had sent it by Uber.

I placed an order for Valentine's Day flowers two days ago and have yet to receive them. To make matters worse, the tracking number they provided me with is completely wrong, making it impossible to determine the status of my order. In addition to the significant delay, the customer service at Toronto Blooms is completely non-existent. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone at the company to inquire about the status of my order or to obtain a refund. It's clear that they don't care about their customers at all. I would never recommend Toronto Blooms to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a different online flower shop.

Bloom takes on more orders than they can fulfill. They have a policy that suggests orders may be delayed due to 'volume of orders', which is clearly unknowable to the customer until after the order is placed and subsequently delayed. Don't use if you want any assurance of delivery.

Awful, just like all the other reviews, cannot get a hold of anybody!!!! I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend to her work, never arrived, & then finally we hear they arrived at 7pm… delivery driver was giving me attitude on the phone, I paid lots of money for this to be an absolute blow. If I ever get a hold of them I’m going to demand for a refund, but that’s if I can get ahold of them. AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR BUSINESS, ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!

I would not recommend purchasing from this company!! I ordered this bouquet for my girlfriend for Valentines day. Much to my suprise everything was wrong.. To begin they delivered it on the wrong day. The order arrived 3 days earlier from valentines day. When I asked to be delivered on valentines day. Furthermore, read carefully at the terms when you purchase. As they are able to substitute anything from your order without your knowledge. The flowers my girlfriend recieved looked nothing like what I was promised. From the box to the flowers wrapping. I recieved a black box, and flowers wrapped in pink wrapping paper tied by party ribbon.. As well, the flowers were dying and 2 of the flowers were slightly pink not white. Moreover, I added "gourmet chocolates" to my order. My girlfriend got a chocolate bar and chocolate covered pretzels. Told me chocolate wasnt mediocre with after taste and the pretzels were stale. In the end, I requested a refund. Explained my disappointment and wasn't given one. Final thoughts, this company does not pride itself on quality and its customers. If I wanted flowers that of which my girlfriend recieved. I would have purchased from a local store from where she lives or elsewhere. I feel robbed of my money and not only that. A special moment I would share with my significant other. There are so many other sites to purchase flowers from with integrity and the customers satisfaction in mind. Dont make the mistake from buying here. If there is a site that's a bit more expensive pull the trigger and buy. A site I recommend is roseshire. They have a very cute Disney set I buy my girlfriend every year. They ran out of stock so I just thought I'd try something new. But in the end left with disappointment. I hope your guys experience isn't as bad as mine and wish your special occasion is truly wonderful. Good luck.

If I could give a negative one I would. I have ordered from here multiple times with few issues. I ordered a cake and flowers for my mother for her birthday. The order arrived on time and looked wonderful. My parents are elderly and not in the best of health. My parents ate some of the cake (naturally). They spent the rest of the night and next day throwing up from food poisoning. (the next day being my mother's birthday). I called and as usual no one answered the phone nor returned the call. This is a normal issue with this company I emailed the company and asked for a refund for the cake ONLY as the flowers were fine. They emailed me back asking for delivery address, order number (which was in the subject line but apparently the person reading the email couldn't see it), pictures and the issue. I returned said email, giving the information and what the issue was and the fact that no I did not have pictures as the cake had been thrown out at this point because well who keeps a cake that gave you food poisoning but looked perfectly fine. They emailed me back saying I couldn't nor would I get a refund due to no pictures. HOW DO YOU EMAIL OR EVEN TAKE PICTURES OF FOOD POISONING??? Should I have sent them pictures of my parents throwing up perhaps?? The flowers here are nice but I will never use them again after this and I am warning everywhere I can to stay away from any cakes, cookies, etc

The worst experience with ordering a gift! I ordered a beautiful box with fresh cut flowers and macaroons inside for my aunts 90th birthday paying $ 170. She received a poor basket with one flower in a pot with no cookies inside. I was very upset and disappointed. I left two messages on the company phone with no calls back.

After reading their reviews on Google instead of their fake reviews on their website, I knew I had to cancel my order right away. Customer service was non existent. It was almost impossible to get a response from them. I used Live Chat and trust me, it does not work - there will always be "1 person in queue" before you. I receive an email instead after I left the chat (how convenient). The customer service manager responded to my emails with attitude. This clearly shows she hates her job, but that's not my problem. I want my order cancelled and refunded - she said it will take a few days for that to be processed. Basing off all the negative reviews, I will most likely be disputing with my CC company.

Although the product is of high quality, the customer service is diabolical. The flowers for my auntie's 90th birthday were delivered 4 days late. I couldn't get anybody to respond to me while I chased the order each day that it didn't arrive. When the csr finally wrote to me, explaining about the delays due to the storm, I question why there was nothing on the website about this issue. On other platforms there was this issue alert clearly about the storm impacting deliveries. This company is a joke. And I will NEVER order from the again.

Terrible, terrible customer service. There is no customer service. There is no communication whatsoever. Email, live chat, ring and it is smoke and mirrors with the "queue". The website seems best in class that reels you. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I am not from Canada and I wanted to send cake and champagne as a birthday gift. I found this website online and based on their website, I decided to order. I paid 17 dollars extra to deliver on the birthday date. But they did not do that. No on can call them too as it goes straight to voice mail. The person who was celebrating his birthday did not get his cake. When I had mailed Customer service regarding this, even after multiple back and forth, I never received an apology for their failed logistics. I had given them screenshots proving how deceived I feel and yet they never addressed my concern. Surprising they have good reviews only on their website. Other sites they have 1 star. If you want to waste money, donate to charity atleast you’ll have a place in heaven.

My husband and I both had Covid over my birthday. Poor man felt horrible I didn’t have flowers, so he ordered through this company. Spent a small fortune for an orchid plant and delivery. See below what was shipped! When he tries to reach them…it’s only via email. They replied asked for pictures. WHY ask for pictures when you come back with a “our policy is to replace/substitute with anything close or resembling original order, when stock runs low”. NO warning, no email, like “hey we need to substitute” UNACCEPTABLE & a MONEY GRAB! Horrible customer service in such volatile economic times! YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF!

This business Is the worst. Very difficult to contact. They dont return calls from messages left. Substitute items without consulting you. So they can grab ALL your money. THEY DONT CARE. Believe the reviews dont use these robots

Terrible terrible terrible l don’t even want to give them a 1 star, upon reading these reviews l wish l had saw before ordering for my sister, totally substituted a Christmas arrangement for an orchid what the ???? Ridiculous and when they have your money they don’t care about you they are on to the next victim. $116.00 wasted on an orchid, disgusting, l work for a large company and have many friends that l have told this situation of Toronto blooms ripping customers off, please don’t use this company never again

Ordered a beautiful bouquet package online for a graduation gift, but after submitting an order online, the emails provided were vague and do not confirm which date or time they will be delivered. When they deliver the first time and it is not successful, the driver will call you and if you miss his call (which they expect you to pick up despite not providing any delivery details), they will send back to the warehouse. If you want it re-delivered, they charge an extra $45. Also, if you want a refund, they do not give full refunds. Refunds are also only dealt through email. Customer service phone line accepts voice mails, but they do not return your calls. They do not follow-up on your order if it does not get delivered, nor do they provide any way to contact them for follow-up. Do NOT recommend this place for any online deliveries. Delivery process is not sorted out here and customer service is not helpful.

I wish I had checked this page first. DO NOT use this company. They seem to substitute at will with no regard for the likeness - or value - of what is posted on their website. Terrible customer service as well. The potted succulents I ordered look NOTHING like the photo. The vase was substituted with a basic beige, matt pot, there was no extra foliage added (as pictured) and the gorgeous succulent in the photo was substituted with a much more common looking one. When I contacted customer service I was sent a cut and paste answer from their policy that states they have the right to make any substitutions they want. I pointed out that the policy also states they will substitute with items of 'equal or greater value' and this was clearly not the case. I received another unhelpful answer stating that they had already answered my question. These succulents were meant to be gifts but they are in no way suitable and as a result I have wasted my money. I would not use this company again.

I ordered a lavender plant to bring to my Mum for her birthday - lucky I had it delivered to myself to deliver in person the next day, because they sent an orchid - lavender in colour but obviously not a sensible substitute - they should have just let me know that they didn't have lavender plants - I refused delivery but was only given a 50% refund despite numerous complaints. Won't use this company again. I usually use flowercompany.ca and they've never let me down - I'm going back to them.
