“Kit was returned for refund. Part Numbers of the kit looked correct. But, the kit I received had to be returned due to issues with the items with the bearings sent not being genuine. One bearing was a made in China bearing not Timken marked or otherwise(only marking was the part number). The spec on the off brand bearing was very poor and the roller caged rubbed the inner race. The other issue with the kit was it shipped with two sets of bearing were KOYO matched with Timken races. The kit was listed online as a full Timken kit when I bought it. Follow Buyers please look out and check your kits are genuine Timken or genuine KOYO from any reseller, it can be hard to tell buying online. Staff was easy to work with on return, but I lost time deal with the issues, and had to reorder elsewhere for less $.”

Hi Adam- Sorry for shipping the incorrect parts. We have been using Timken USA bearings for years (for most kits), and only recently our suppliers have been sending us either Timkens produced elsewhere or a complete different brand altogether. Of course they have done this without notifying us, so we were never aware we had to look. They come private labeled in individual boxes and the warehouse crew has never had to verify country of origin before. We have begun checking EVERY bearing to ensure future orders get the correct parts.

“Twenty dollars for 25 cents worth of plastic.Not a good deal especially the ten dollars for shipping when it could have been put in a regular envelope and sent for a fifty cent stamp!”

“Not sure if I ordered the wrong seal kit or if wrong seals were sent but the wrong seals showed up. I called 2 times and on the second time they told me to send an email with a picture of what I received and still no reply. I ended up buying seals from someone else but I did use the installer. I don't think I will be buying from you company again.”

“Placed my order and got a conformation. Since then I've not heard anything about shipment tracking number? I did receive an email saying a part was not in stock. When I asked to have it removed I still have not heard back.”

“very slow on getting parts, communication is bad, was missing a part when order did arrive, been almost a month and still haven't received missing part. don't expect to get it so looks like I will locally source the part.”

“Cost me way more money then needed to be and I didn’t feel like they wanted to put the customer first. Paid 50$ to have a 5$ part shipped overnight then told me it was my fault had to go through emails and screenshot the ups tracking to show that the part did not arrive or leave building in time and then said it was somehow my fault. Will never use them again.”

“Was supposed to get overnight shipping which turned in before days emailed them about the situation and they told me they would contact FedEx it was not their fault! Never heard anything else back. Certainly glad I wasn’t sitting on the side of a road or in a parking lot waiting for a part to continue my vacation! Nope I only lost out on work Which counts a lot these days! If you ask me the product was awesome super spectacular the shipping blows! If you want it in a week you might as well count on a couple if you want it in a day might as well count on a week”

“I called back the same day within 5 hrs of each other. First ordered the axle housing, paid for the expedited shipping option. Second call, I asked if first ordered shipped, they said it already went out. So I placed second order for the gear kit and paid expedited shipping again. This way both items would arrive at the same time. The next day I get a call saying I owe an additional $250 for the axle shipping or they can cancel my order? Wait I thought it had already shipped? I was lied to and paid for a gear kit that I now have now axle housing for since they canceled my order. Sales manager was very rude throughout all of this and have not been able to get ahold of anyone to handle my return.”
