Been trying to return the wrong tool since I got it and nobody will contact me back

First I was sent the wrong part. Then I had to pay shipping both ways plus a 10% restocking fee. Add to that horrible customer service and a rude argumentative rep (Tyler) who basically accused my of lying when I explained why there web site had the wrong part listed. List one customer. There are so much better places to get the same parts.

Hi there- I remember your order specifically. You have a 2012 Power Wagon that you ordered front axle shaft U-joints for. We shipped you exactly what you ordered. When you got them you contacted us claiming they were not the correct size. We ran the numbers and cross checked your VIN, and determined they are correct for YOUR specific truck and all other Ram 2500/3500 trucks of that era. We did not ship you the wrong parts at all, and we do not list the wrong parts on that page. If a previous owner swapped the front axle from an older pickup, you should have ordered the correct U-joint for that axle. We are not liable for wrong parts purchased for a Johnny Cash Custom which is outlined in our Return Policy. Had the incorrect part in fact been listed, we would have taken full responsibility. We even asked you have your local dealer screenshot what joints THEY were able to pull up for your VIN (since we must be wrong, of course), but we received no reply. Bottom line is we determined parts were listed correct for you application AND VIN, so we followed our return procedures to the letter. No RAM produced after 2010 used the smaller joints that we have been able to determine, nor would they have been tooled up to do so. -Jesse, Owner.

I have not received my parts or even a shipping confirmation yet. Not very satisfied at the moment.

I placed my order on November 26th. I received a message the same day that said my order was being processed, I was more than a little surprised because that was Thanksgiving day. The message even included "aren't we prompt". I did not receive the "your order has been shipped" message until December 9th. So, assuming the processing e-mail wasn't an absolute lie, that is 13 days from processing to shipping, if no one was working thanksgiving day or even the Friday, Saturday and Sunday following Thanksgiving (and the processing e-mail was a lie), that is still 10 days from processing to shipping. In no circumstances do either of those timelines qualify as "prompt" or even adequate. I am writing this on December 12th and the product still has not arrived.

We emailed you on 11/30 stating that the package would not ship on time. That would be the next business day from when you placed your order. As far as the AUTOMATED email, yes orders begin digitally processing as soon as they are placed. Processing does not mean shipping. that email is simply a notification that the order has begun its travels through our computer systems for picking and packing, and in your case reordering or tracking our already placed inbound stock order. Since it seems you feel we don't meet your "standards" of an online business, I will attempt to turn the package around so you can get a refund and go elsewhere, if that is what you desire.

Part that arrived did not include the centering ring that was described. It only came with the install tool to tap it in like all the other brands do. So nothing special here at all, could have bought this anywhere and for a lot less. When I called and spoke to someone in customer service, they could not have cared less to help rectify the situation and could not explain why there website description was so inaccurate.

Hi there- sorry this happened. it sounds like maybe you talked to one of the new guys who is not yet familiar with our parts. Our website description is definitely accurate. As far as "buying somewhere else for a lot less", Id love to find a cheaper vendor that sells the OEM (not aftermarket) seal. I get those right from Cummins, but if there is someone cheaper please let us know!

After I placed the order I gat an email telling me bearings are out of stock with no eta. now I have to scramble to find a bearing then I get an email telling me the bearings are now shipping. WTF

Tens days after I ordered the products they still aren’t shipped even those they were in stock. When I called to get clarification on the parts, prior to the purchase, the gentlemen I spoke to didn’t even know that you guys carried the parts (I had to inform him that I saw them on the website). Perhaps they are new (but my buddy bought the same parts over a month ago). You guys came highly recommended but I must say there are a few other companies I get my parts from and their customer service and shipping times are far more comprehensive and competitive. I’m a bit disappointed with torqueking since you came highly recommended.

Hi- there is a bit of a learning curve for our new sales representatives. Sometimes their lack of knowledge causes issues with being able to find the parts online. However I am not sure why they did not ship on time because I picked them the day after you ordered. Most of our staff is pretty new, coupled with an aging warehouse management system that is in the process of being replaced. I'm sorry I can't offer a concrete answer to the delay in your shipping, but It has generally not been an issue in the past and with any kind of luck will not be an issue in the future.

Ordered the tool that came up for my vehicle and it turned out to be the wrong one. They say I have to pay return shipping as well as buy the right tool. I figured It could be switched out for the right one since I didn't use this one, and it's the one the website came up with for my vehicle, there for they sent me the incorrect tool. Very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Hi there - Trying not to sound rude but you need to read the descriptions better. There were many tools that would have popped up for your vehicle, but you need to be aware of which axle you have. The most common mistake with our tool ordering is a customer assuming they have the beefier Dana 60 front axle, when in fact they have a Dana 50 or Dana 44 (depending on years). For the tool you ordered, the website would have given you both Dana 50 and 60 options. You chose the Dana 60 tool which is incorrect for your specific axle. We did not send you anything except what you ordered. It could have been exchanged, and as per our returns policy you would have had to pay for shipping in both directions. If you needed it quickly then you needed to purchase the replacement for immediate shipping and return the incorrect one at your convenience. Had we listed only 1 tool that was incorrect, or in fact sent the wrong tool, we would have taken care of it immediately and spared no expense in doing it.

Delivery was really fast, however the wrong item was shipped. I ordered a service manual for F250-550 and received a manual for F150 trucks. I would rather had it a day later and had it right than fast and useless.

Ordered my parts 1 1/2 weeks ago and still have not seen them. Left an email and finally got a call back couple days later. No parts sent out still.

Hi- sorry occasionally we have some extended response time. It says on the part page it is special order and usually takes 3-5 days to ship. In this case it did take a couple days longer but was shipped as soon as we received it.

Made an order that consisted of two small pieces and received only of piece that was the wrong one. Contacted customer service and have now been waiting three days for them to even ship the parts I order almost two weeks ago. All the while my vehicle which I rely on for everyday driving is sitting in my shop unusable without the parts. Seems to be no rush to get me the correct parts.

Hi there- As we can see from the pictures, we obliviously put the wrong label on the package, sorry about that. To line up the dates, you placed the order Sunday Oct 18, and we shipped the next day when we opened. The package was delivered to you the following Saturday the 24th, and you left us a message that day. We responded Monday the 26th and re-shipped your order the SAME DAY. I am guessing the reason why it "seemed" like we were "in no rush" to fix our error is because we are closed weekends. That must be it I guess... I'll suggest to management that we open 7 days a week.

They sent me the wrong size differential plug for my 1953 Hudson Wasp. I am very dissatisfied it doesnt pay to send anything back. Randy Kind

Hi- we don't sell Hudson parts.... I am not sure what size it takes but obviously not the 3/8 plug you ordered from us listed for many (but not all) Dana axles...

My $800 order sat without being confirmed, prepped, or sent for more than 10 days. It took me 4 days of calling to get ahold of someone. Since then I have called and cancelled my order and have not received my money back (a week in waiting now)
