“not happy...still have not received order. We finally called to see where our order was and found out kit we ordered was 2 bearings short. No one bothered to call us...and seems like no one on your end is looking for them...but our credit card was charged day of order...2 weeks ago. Cami Hosmer owner”

David, Order was refunded when order was canceled, the problem is that refunds do not always hit your account instantly. Patience is key...

“Really bad customer service the is taking the orders is not a good at it I got wrong order and it’s costing me money my truck is parking on my back yard so I have to get the part from somewhere else thanks to your sales crew... torque king”

“I still have not recieved anh parts and your customer service is terrible. Ive emailed you 3 times and have not gotten a reply since you told me you were incompetent and did have the stuff you let me purchase a week before. Still waiting for some type of response. Absolutely terrible experience and i wont ever recomend you to anyone. My truck has been parked waiting for the parts you said you had in dtock for over 3 weeks now. Garbage company”

“Sent wrong install tool.The package was open and missing the nuts and tip for the seal removal tool. Sent email regarding issues, never heard back, tried to call the customer service line and could never talk to anyone”

“The fact that I order a complete rebuild kit for a nv4500 and it still has yet to show up and I have to wait a total of 2 weeks because one of the parts for the transmission is out of stock. So I’ve got a truck sitting in my shop for 3 weeks with a transmission all apart and a unhappy customer Bc he needs the truck ASAP... not very impressed to say the least.”

“Kit was returned for refund. Part Numbers of the kit looked correct. But, the kit I received had to be returned due to issues with the items with the bearings sent not being genuine. One bearing was a made in China bearing not Timken marked or otherwise(only marking was the part number). The spec on the off brand bearing was very poor and the roller caged rubbed the inner race. The other issue with the kit was it shipped with two sets of bearing were KOYO matched with Timken races. The kit was listed online as a full Timken kit when I bought it. Follow Buyers please look out and check your kits are genuine Timken or genuine KOYO from any reseller, it can be hard to tell buying online. Staff was easy to work with on return, but I lost time deal with the issues, and had to reorder elsewhere for less $.”

Hi Adam- Sorry for shipping the incorrect parts. We have been using Timken USA bearings for years (for most kits), and only recently our suppliers have been sending us either Timkens produced elsewhere or a complete different brand altogether. Of course they have done this without notifying us, so we were never aware we had to look. They come private labeled in individual boxes and the warehouse crew has never had to verify country of origin before. We have begun checking EVERY bearing to ensure future orders get the correct parts.

“Twenty dollars for 25 cents worth of plastic.Not a good deal especially the ten dollars for shipping when it could have been put in a regular envelope and sent for a fifty cent stamp!”

“Not sure if I ordered the wrong seal kit or if wrong seals were sent but the wrong seals showed up. I called 2 times and on the second time they told me to send an email with a picture of what I received and still no reply. I ended up buying seals from someone else but I did use the installer. I don't think I will be buying from you company again.”

“Placed my order and got a conformation. Since then I've not heard anything about shipment tracking number? I did receive an email saying a part was not in stock. When I asked to have it removed I still have not heard back.”
