Poor customer service when it was clear mistakes where made on there end. The response of just sorry sometimes just doesn’t cut it.

Not sure if I ordered the wrong seal kit or if wrong seals were sent but the wrong seals showed up. I called 2 times and on the second time they told me to send an email with a picture of what I received and still no reply. I ended up buying seals from someone else but I did use the installer. I don't think I will be buying from you company again.

Placed my order and got a conformation. Since then I've not heard anything about shipment tracking number? I did receive an email saying a part was not in stock. When I asked to have it removed I still have not heard back.

shipped wrong part, and i told them make a model down to the bolt level, it was a pinion seal. shipping 3 x as much not worth returning buyer be where

very slow on getting parts, communication is bad, was missing a part when order did arrive, been almost a month and still haven't received missing part. don't expect to get it so looks like I will locally source the part.

Cost me way more money then needed to be and I didn’t feel like they wanted to put the customer first. Paid 50$ to have a 5$ part shipped overnight then told me it was my fault had to go through emails and screenshot the ups tracking to show that the part did not arrive or leave building in time and then said it was somehow my fault. Will never use them again.

Was supposed to get overnight shipping which turned in before days emailed them about the situation and they told me they would contact FedEx it was not their fault! Never heard anything else back. Certainly glad I wasn’t sitting on the side of a road or in a parking lot waiting for a part to continue my vacation! Nope I only lost out on work Which counts a lot these days! If you ask me the product was awesome super spectacular the shipping blows! If you want it in a week you might as well count on a couple if you want it in a day might as well count on a week

When looking through the book I noticed that the middle half of the book was in upside down and backwards . If you can't put a book together right I should hope you do a better job on your workmanship at your shop .

I called back the same day within 5 hrs of each other. First ordered the axle housing, paid for the expedited shipping option. Second call, I asked if first ordered shipped, they said it already went out. So I placed second order for the gear kit and paid expedited shipping again. This way both items would arrive at the same time. The next day I get a call saying I owe an additional $250 for the axle shipping or they can cancel my order? Wait I thought it had already shipped? I was lied to and paid for a gear kit that I now have now axle housing for since they canceled my order. Sales manager was very rude throughout all of this and have not been able to get ahold of anyone to handle my return.

Got the wrong part and they make you pay return shipping and a 10 percent restock fee after they already rip you off with 12 dollar shipping for a 4 dollar part
