“Ordered Feb 3rd...almost 3 weeks ago. In stock items that list “ship in 1-2 business days”. Order has still not shipped. Emailed customer service on Feb 13th- no reply as of yet. Sent another inquiry about the order through their website “contact us link” today. Very poor customer service. Will file PayPal dispute if no response is received in the next week.”

“I ordered a clip, needed to finish my transfer case rebuild, Tuesday. Overnight, explaining not to ship FedEx. Here it is FRIDAY 10pm and no clip. MAYBE FedEx will get it here sometime next week, maybe, I'm not holding my breath. Thanks guys. USPS snail mail would have gotten it here yesterday. I am not impressed.”

I see what happened now based on your purchase history, you purchased a 1992 Dodge yoke from us a while back, then recently purchased a 1993 driveshaft, then a 1998 and newer strap and bolt kit...

“So far, this purchase has been terrible. I placed the order on the 19th, and immediately received an email stating "Our warehouse staff are already processing your order(aren't we prompt!), it cannot be changed or canceled." Earlier this week I clicked on the "Contact Us" link on your website and inquired about the status. I never heard back. Yesterday I called and spoke to a lady there (I believe her name was Randy) and asked. She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back and said some gaskets were missing. She said her boss was going to be in very soon and she would check with him and call me back. I have yet to hear back from her. I just want my parts so I can finish up this project. Please LOOK INTO THIS.”
