“You shouldn’t be able to order something you don’t have in stock I was in bad need of these parts and decided out of everone to go with torque King 4x4.. 4 days later I called bc I was never sent any details on the shipping of my order... well that’s bc it wasn’t in stock and never shopped... here it is 10 days later and still nothing about shipping and no product in hand... I will never use your company again. Where is my parts or money?”

“I emailed yourselves week before last, with no real idea of what’s parts I needed, Maria emailed me back promptly telling me what she needed to know to identify parts required..... I emailed back with info and Maria replied with hyperlinks to parts, I asked more questions, Maria emailed more info with hyperlinks....... With the hyperlinks the actual process of ordering was incredibly easy ( big thumbs up to you ) and your international shipping was very straightforward- I paid and within a week the parts were at my door in the uk - fed ex obviously doing what you pay them for, very efficient!! I emailed Maria to thank her for all the help - she was most helpful !! All in all, compared with other companies I’ve dealt with in the US, you were all I could have hoped for and more Great easy to use website and ordering and fantastic customer service - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Many thanks Dai”

Hi there, I understand your frustrations, however the shipping companies have put a temporary waiver on delivery commitments due to Coronavirus. That means even if it was a next day shipment, they can delay delivery indefinitely or return the package to the sender for any reason and not be held liable. This includes every package shipped via UPS or FedEx from any business to any customer. The best we can do is ship it on schedule, which in your case it did go out on the truck the same day you ordered it. Once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands.

“Got what I ordered in a reasonable time Frame and They were all exactly what I Neeeded.... Ford doesn’t even sell the rear axle oil slingers for a 2004 F-250 Super Duty ! nobody does but y’all !!! Some nuts on eBay wanted to sell me a Different style of oil slingers for $142 each !!! You guys should charge $25 a piece as I would have Happily paid that !!! I will definitely look at torque King First for anything I Need !!! Thanks for the good Deals !!! 🤗”
