“This was ordered the end of may and I have yet to receive oder, it is one locking screw and I cant do anything to my vehicle till it arrives not a happy customer.”

Hi there, I see this review posted 2 days ago and it is 6/19 today. I see you ordered 5/31 and we shipped on 6/1. You did choose USPS 1st class mail shipping when you ordered, and they have never been known for speed.... Once the carrier picks up a shipment, it is out of our hands. I will forward your review to the Postal Service. -Jesse

“The two seal installers worked great. Helped make the reassembly a breeze. Only real issue we had with the seal remover you guys have. The driver is slightly to small, it only removed the inner part of it. Left the outer metal ring still installed. We had to run a bigger bearing and race”

Hi there, thanks for the review! Usually that seal remover works OK but sometimes the inner part of those Ford seals do separate from the outer part. I put a video on YouTube showing if that does happen you can basically angle the tool and knock the outer part out. -Jesse

“All parts are not made equal!This site was very easy to browse and purchase from.My order arrived in 2 days(Fedex of course!)from USA to Canada!The front output shaft and the HD rear bearing for the shaft for a np231 transfer case is what I ordered.There is no comparison with these parts to other suppliers!Very happy....”

“Everything went smooth from start to finish, staff was on top of everything Abraham ( my customer service rep) called AND emailed to verify some aspects of my order to insure no hiccups in delivery. I LOVE how each product was vacuum packaged. My only complaint was packaging for shipment its self, there was no paper wadded on the insides around the product in the box. Due to rough handling during shipping the box was punctured and the packaging holding the product was damaged. No damage to the actual product so no harm no foul. Everything else was 10s across the board!”
