“I had read multiple reviews about the exceptional customer service of TouchUpDirect so when I needed to make a request about an issue with my order I was hopeful that I could be helped. I’m happy to say that the customer service could not have been any better. My issue with my order was that I was sent the wrong color of paint. Due to my own procrastination, I didn’t realize the wrong color until multiple months after I received the order; well after the 30 day refund policy expired. I explained what happened and requested one glass of the correct color. The customer service representative told me that although it is well past the refund policy date, they will send me the glass of paint free of charge. I could not be any happier with the service I received. TouchUpDirect customer service is the best!”

“I ordered the Combo Kit and was very happy with the ease of use and the color match was perfect! Customer service was above and beyond, especially when ordering during the COVID-19 restrictions. The USPS lost my original package and TouchUp Direct quickly placed a new package into the system and I had it in my hands within a weeks time! I live in Hawaii, and even though the time difference made communications a bit more lengthy, their customer support team was immediately responsive to my predicament. If you follow directions, and take your time through the prep and painting process, you will not be sorry!”
