“It was easy to find what I needed. I was a bit taken back when the front page lists a price range page. Then I am redirected to a second that has the what is really going to cost me. How about just making it all upfront.”

“Touchup Direct was so great! I loved what I ordered which was supposed to match my car but unfortunately didn't end up matching. This was because I've had my car for a while, so the new touchup paint didn't perfectly reflect my old paint! That was totally okay! I also think I put a bit too much primer underneath, so it was noticeable under the paint. I let customer service know and they refunded me immediately. They have both amazing customer service and products, I was just sad the new paint didn't match my faded paint. :(”

“Product is excellent. It took 13 days to get here. I never got a shipping confirmation and when it hadn't arrived I sent an email which was promptly answered saying it would be looked into. However, it arrived the next day. I would have given 5 stars if it had gotten here quicker.”

“I got the kit with everything ok should need. You should do more to indicate either the size of the contents, or better still, the square footage it should cover. That way we would know if we need to order more initially.”
