“14 days since ordering. No product. Phone gives off a busy signal every time I call. Emailed them several days ago, no respond to that either. Spent $70 for this lesson. So glad I didn't spend more. Should have read the reviews first. Believe my phone number is on a don't answer list. Good luck if you've already ordered. God is watching! Well folks I owe touchupdirect a huge apology. I didn't read the delivery details. My purchase arrived today by my postal service. It was within the time period indicated on their site. I've tried the product according to directions and it works great. Had chipped paint from going threw the car wash. It'll be hand washed from now on. My Genesis looks great again. I highly recommend this company. Again my apologies!”

“The customer service is top-tier level and they are very professional and prompt when reply or just answering any questions you may have. The delivery was super quick. It got here in less than 3 business days and I got the standard shipping! Overall, amazing people running an amazing company.”

“Extremely responsive and helpful. I ordered and paid and then 30 minutes later my order showed up. Forgot I had previously ordered it. :-) I sent an email asking to cancel my new order and they got back to me the next business day. Got my refund within a couple of days. Highly recommend these guys. And the pain quality is outstanding. You really can’t even tell where I did the pain touch ups!”
