“TourRadar was really responsive to my many questions. I found a Laos tour itinerary that was too expensive for me. They found the exact itinerary (including wording!) for more than $800 less from a different provider. The only negative was the amount of discounts wasn't as much as I'd calculated, but they DID give me a nice discount. I'll keep an eye on TourRadar for future trips.”

“TourRadar was very responsive to my concerns regarding dates and hotel pick up locations in Istanbul, Turkey. I noticed the company offers a wide-range of tours throughout the year. This show they want to please tourists from around the globe. I am excited about touring with TourRadar in different parts of Turkey. Moreover, the process was so easy or user-friendly, I know I will use the company for furture excursions in Europe, Asia, and Middle East. The bottom line YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS!”

“Despite best efforts of Armin I was initially told that I’d secured a booking and deposit taken I was told days later that the tour was full!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“Brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble. Very helpful sorting out my booking for 4 to surprise a family from Australia doing this cruise. Talked to representative’s in Australia & Canada at different times. Well done to all that have helped.”

“I am 100% satisfied. The online information is very detailed, I have spent days to find the most suitable tour. As soon as I have decided, the process worked quickly, my extra requests were answered immediately, eventually I have got what I wanted. The booking deposit was not withdrawn until we cleared everything for confirmation.”

“The company who offered this tour was at a higher price and charged for using credit cards. When I contacted them twice by email and after hours phone message. They still did not respond. I then found the same tour on tour radar at a lower cost and no credit card fees. Overall saving of $400/ couple”

“We received prompt replies and excellent answers to all our questions. We had previously planned a similar tour on Gate One Tours. After looking over the details and magnificent accommodations on CIE tours we booked with CIE. Our agent - Anna- couldn't have been more helpful. She is a strong reason for the booking.”

“quick reply to enquiry, and such a friendly email. i am most impressed with the efficiency of this company. i asked about a possible discount as my wife and i will be going on 2 tours, with just a couple of days in between. and hay PRESTO, i was offered a discount. confirmation of both tours has happened within hours. most professional travel company.”

“I did not find any hardships when I booked my tour online. The problem arose when I clicked on the booking confirmation email to view it. There was a problem viewing the booking that I emailed the customer service about it for several times but the problem persisted. The booking details would not show.”

“I have booked with TourRadar several times before and had positive experiences. The information has been clear, online answers to most questions, and subsequent communications are clear. I will say that this time the information was a bit inaccurate and misleading. The web page where all the purchase details are entered and the price is generated clearly has a box which says "G Adventures offers 5% discount for past passengers" and includes a box to include past trip/customer number. Of course I did not expect the price to show this discount when I entered my payment info because it appears it needs to be confirmed with G Adventures first. After receiving my confirmation and noting that it did not include the 5% discount (I have been on 2 G Adventures trips), I asked about it. The response indicates that this is a discounted trip and they "will not be able to include" the 5% discount. This is misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch as the reservation form just says "G Adventures offers 5% discount for past passengers" without any conditions, maybes, or caveats. Those of us who prefer reserving and purchasing online expect the online information to be accurate and reliable.”

G Adventures does offer an amazing 5% discount for returning travelers. However, this discount cannot be combined with any other G Adventures tour discounts. The feedback you have given regarding what is stated on the TourRadar booking page is greatly appreciated. We agree that the G Adventures 5% loyalty pricing terms can be better explained directly on the booking page to remove any possible confusion.
