“Excellent service! Every person I spoke with at customer service was very friendly, extremely helpful. I book a very last minute New Year trip and had a very specific trip decided on which was not available, however, a wonderful cruise department (Nina specifically) found me an alternate trip and stuck with it until we had cabins confirmed and paid for. I was very impressed with her patience and great courtesy to me no matter how frustrated I was getting. Highly recommend Tour Radar. Thank you Sandra”

“My booking experience with TourRadar could not have been any better. I had the pleasure of dealing with Myrie in the Toronto office and she went above and beyond answering my numerous, and I do mean numerous, questions I had about my Russian cruise. She was always pleasant, helpful and understanding. The times that I did speak with someone else at TourRadar they also were more than courteous. I would highly recommend dealing with TourRadar. And when I say "highly" that word does not come often from me. Kudos to all the staff at TourRadar. Thank you for all your help.”

“The website is very thorough and easy to navigate and I believe gives the best selection of tours in all countries and various pricing packages… There’s so much to learn and C at the website and you can do the live chat with the agent or call the telephone number… Two or raider makes itself available to anyone anywhere anytime… Fantastic”

“I had some problems booking a trip solo, looking for a roomshare, got connected with the tour operator via TR online chat quickly and easily. Everything resolved and I'm super excited to go on the 4 day dive certification with liveabord on a boat on the great barrier reef. Tour operator is helping me with a room share, and I got to use a discount code on tour radar and after booking my second trip, (6 day Iceland Ring Road, also fantastic) I have about $70 in credit towards my next trip! Nothing but good experience for me booking via this site.”
