“I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I began a tour booking to Costa Rica initially by phone. The atmosphere was relaxed, with accurate and informed answers to all of my questions. Subsequently, I received immediate emails that included details of the conversation, descriptions of what had been processed for me, and information regarding the next steps to complete the process of payment. The full tour itinerary and contract specifications were provided, every expense was clearly indicated. The TourRadar team was there for me 24/7, offering assistance for any question I had.”

“tour radar called me personally to take care of questions and concerns which arose after booking a three day tour to Iceland online. Kristina was Very attentive, personable and accommodating. She answered all questions assuring me my tour was confirmed, paid, and good to go. (I had received an email back with a voucher indicating I needed to pay upon arrival, was a mishap) All in all, they took care of the misunderstanding communicating with Iceland contact. It was handled very professionally providing utmost quality service in the booking department allowing me to rest at ease. I'm looking forward to the same quality service on our tour. “I've used TourRadar before so a lot of my information was already on file, which made the quick and easy booking process even faster. It took just a couple of minutes to confirm my booking. I was offered the choice of paying everything at once or in installments, with no added fees or interest, which I can't recall was available with past bookings. There was a sale on the trip I booked and I'd earned credits from previous bookings, which were applied to this one. I was also instantly notified about how many credits I earned for this booking which can be applied to future ones.”

“I really enjoyed the whole customer journey, great UX! Everything worked out as expected. Only one little remark: when I reviewed the cancellation fees during check-out, I noticed that your terms differ from the terms of the operation (you ask for a higher down payment and offer a shorter cancellation window). Not a big deal, but I am sure you want to avoid any friction during check-out ;-) BR Markus”
