“The website is really easy to use and the best part is the customer service. They responded so fast and answered all my questions! You also receive a ton on information about the trip you are interested in, it shows that they know what they are doing. I am looking forward to my trip now, especially because the reviews were all so positive!”

“Excellent and well designed website includes all the information you need and if you have any questions you can call or even email or go on live chat... Great knowledgeable staff who are willing to answer your questions to the T. Don’t just fob you off by telling you to go on line or send an email sort... I’ve booked with Tourrader before - First time. I was really worried at first as I’ve never booked without a recommendation.”

“You looked at my reservation, made sure it was what I wanted and very tactfully said I might be too old . Got back to me quickly and offered me a less expensive option. “Very good and patient responses from agents at Tourradar, especially with my problems accessing the tour-suitability-form. Using the link provided did not work ('certificate error' and 'site not secure' messages were displayed) but I was able to access the form using a different computer.”

“I have never heard of TourRadar before until I Googled India tours. The information provided was surprisingly very clear and the website easy to follow. There were so many great trips to suit every budget and covering not only India but many countries too. I wasn't sure of which trip to select so I rang the contact provided and spoke to Fin. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests and was able to assist me in matching the correct tour for my requirement. He got back to me quite promptly with things he needed to investigate further and also helped me secure my trip. I cannot thank him enough for removing any doubts and the care shown plus service given was exemplary.”
