“The program is simple to use. My only problem was that I ended up with two responses from the same company and it was hard to delete the duplicate - I almost mistakenly deleted the one I was purchasing.”

“I was attended to by a courteous young man in Austria who spoke beautiful English (so easy to converse with) and who was competent and helpful. Booking through TourRadar was not only efficient and easy, it was a pleasant experience too.”

“The tour booking itself went fine, and I received confirmation of the booking within a few hours. However two days after the confirmation, and after i already had paid a deposit, I was surprised to receive a further email asking me if I still wanted to book this tour.”

“The site does have a wide variety of toursand a user friendly portal which enables one to choose a suitable tour. Will certainly visit for my next tour and recommend it to my friends. No complaints but constructive suggestions: Response Times to messages need to be improved. For an organisation that claims 24X7 service , delays of 4- 5 hours are a bit disconcerting. Repetitive clarifications are necessitated since different people attend to the messages . The last message is replied to but the ones which are pending before that one are left out . Confirmation of the tours can be quicker . Even after making payment , it takes a while to get confirmation . Thanks G Subramaniam”
