On this moment i like the site. When i booked the tour , tourradar emmidiately responded to my questions. One thing that i like to be a bit clearer is if a tour is in group are just organist to travel alone, so without a guide...

We do indeed, offer both group tours and independent tours, both which offer a very unique touring experience. The tours on our site which are guaranteed to be a solo trip, are labelled with an "independent" tag and are often able to be booked any day of the year. These tours will not have you joining a group and may be escorted or unescorted. If you're looking to join a group and you do not see the independent tag on the tour detail page, it's very likely you're looking at a group tour. However, as some group operators will also run a tour for just one person, to be 100% sure about the trip you're booking, we recommend you get in touch to ask about the departure date you have your eye on. You can type in lots of variables to zero in on your tour type. I wish the site let you type in your tour name or a code number so you can refind it.

I made reservations with Cassondra in Toronto on September 26th. She was good, cheerful and efficient. I got the itinerary the next day but it did not have the names and locations of the hotels. I would like to have a list to send to our relatives. I requested that upon making reservations and I am still waiting for it. Also, I e-mailed TourRadar on September 25, 2018 asking to help me reset my password and the link sent to me would not work. I would like to log on to refer travelers to you. The itineraries are corrupted also. I use Microsoft Outlet for e-mail because I do not want to go to AOL (e-mail provider) to put important accounts, etc. This is my 3rd tour with TourRadar and my husband's first. He is a seasoned traveler and I hope you do not disappoint him. Please send me the name and addresses of hotels that we will stay in in Delhi and Kathmandu. My husband and I want to see the reviews on them, too. Thank you for allowing me to review TourRadar. By the way, my first name is TERESITA my last name is DE GUZMAN and SANTOS is my middle name. Unbeatable prices on tours, good prompt customer service. Only not giving 5 stars because sometimes I encounter technical issues and random messages e.g. receiving messages that my card payment has been declined (despite there being enough funds on it), and then a little while later saying the payment was processed successfully.

Disappointed but now optimistic! My partner and I have booked a rail tour in early October and are now waiting for our vouchers of where we are staying and places we are covered for. Have contacted tour radar approx 5 +times and still no definite response received . Feeling let down with lack of communication. What was meant to be the most happiest experience is starting to become stressful . Unfortunately your systems and processes need reviewing . Have finally received our vouchers and are now excited and looking forward to a great holiday - my expectations are high so I hope they can deliver! Regards Josephine

I am pleased with the way they handle calls. Reps are polite and gentle. They do not push for sale. Proactively, they offered promo codes for discount. Only thing, I was not made aware on website or over the phone, that once I book, it will be on hold (pending status) for 48 to 72 hours. I was in total impression that once you click "pay now", you are done and you are confirmed for your trip. SO GYS BE CAREFUL , if you are using this portal. (The reason behind this pending status is that they have to communicate with local guys in Turkey and local guys have to book buses, hotels, internal flights, etc., "manually". It is not a seamless process like what we see in North America)

Hello Shabbir, Thank you for your feedback! Our Travel Experts are some of the best in business and we're glad to hear you found the trip for you on tourradar.com! You're absolutely right about some tours being On Request, which means the operator of the tour needs a couple of days to confirm the tour, for exactly the reason you outlined. This is not always the case though. In fact, only when tours are close to departure, or almost fully booked, might you have to wait for confirmation. This status is dictated by the tour operator of the tour, (not tourradar.com) and happens only to 1 in every 20 bookings. All tour departures on tourradar.com which show as Instant Book, will offer instant confirmation, regardless of where you're travelling to, or where you are located. Even the tour you've booked has other, instantly bookable departure dates :) The most important thing though, is you're booked and confirmed to go on the trip of a lifetime to Turkey and we have no doubt it'll be a wonderful trip!
