“I was charged international transaction fees by my credit card despite the entire tour being charged in my local currency. Tour radar was great, they refunded me the fees.”

“The site is easy to go through, enough information about the offers, prompt response from the operator; I would advise to make easier the contact by email, in the meaning of showing the conversations in the emails, not only from the website, as it is now.(maybe I am wrong, but for at least 15 mins I am looking in my emails to find my last conversation regarding the booking of accommodation and I do not find it in this way and I need to enter the website for this)”

Hi Lilli, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. When travellers book through TourRadar they have the option to contact the tour operators directly through their confirmed booking page. Any messages sent from yourself or the tour operator will initiate an email notification. This way our travellers have the option to either reply from the email, or sign into their TourRadar account and reply to the tour operator. Also on all emails, you have the option to click 'View Conversation' and this will direct you back to your booking page. “I called Tour Radar for help with finding a great price on a river tour in France. From the first phone call to multiple email communications, every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and really happy to help me. They got me a great price on my cruise, much better than I could have gotten through the cruise line directly. Planning my first solo vacation was a bit daunting at first but with the help of the wonderful staff at Tour Radar I'm feeling so excited! Thank you for all of your help, I cant wait to ho on my cruise!”

“I literally fell upon your company when searching for a trip to Iceland. The 6 day summer package was just what I wanted for an adventure for my family. It was easy to sign on and follow directions. I called the company and Jessie in Toronto spent time with me to find appropriate hotels. He was great! I am looking forward to our trip.”
