“They offer so many tour options, only thing I didn't like or care for was the waiting period for booking to be approved. They promised 48 hours but it was longer than that, and I never understood what the hold up could be.”

As guidance, we and the tour operator advise that bookings may take 2-4 business days to confirm. However, unfortunately, tour operators may encounter slightly longer delays in awaiting confirmation of the services provided by their suppliers, such as hotels. They may also require further information from travelers in order to ensure these are correctly confirmed according to travelers' needs. “This was my first time working with TourRadar. I appreciated their service very much. They were fast. One real person got in touch with me almost as soon as I made my booking and explained what had to be done to finish it - I should get a hotel for two nights of the trip and let them know details. Not only no complaints, but very pleased.”
