“Booking on line was easy, everything was explained clearly, once we decided which trip we wanted, the booking took less than 10 minutes. We made a deposit and we had our confirmation within a minute. Great job.”

“Buyers beware!!! Everything went well until I paid my deposit. After I paid my deposit, it was disclosed to me that the luggage was restricted to 44 lbs and one bag for a 17 day trip. This ridiculous restriction should have been disclosed in the terms and agreement prior to a deposit being placed. The good news is that I received a full refund in 48 business hours. Because of this, I will not be doing business with Tour Radar anymore.”

“Friendliest people I have ever encountered. I have more questions but it's New Years Eve. I will have to wait till Thursday to call back. Expect excellent service, no joke. Can't wait to speak with them again. I've never felt so comfortable about booking a trip. Bad experiences in the past. This company has gone beyond any other company.”

“I have been using Tour Radar to book my tours for the past few years and onlyh had one issue. I had a hotel change a few days prior to departure from Australia and there was zero communication from G Adventures. This meant travelling around Nagombo early hours of morning alone which was unsafe. All other trips have been very rewarding. Love the travel credits gained for bookings too.”
