“We found a tour to suit us, made contact and put it on hold for 48 hours, and almost immediately had a phone call from a lady in Brisbane Australia offering us any assistance. We later had a question and the same lady quickly answered that query. This gave us confidence in what we were booking.”

“Good filters to search for a trip. There was just only little thing that disturbed me. During booking the field 'middle name' is apparently required and not optional. As I do not have a middle name, this was a problem for me.”

“Found the website with all the tours and trips on very easy to navigate and was impressed with the content of the tours available. “i never thought such portal exist because i don't normally book tours, i tour by myself. i only knew Tour Radar from Lonely Planet. It is surprisingly convenient, all information about the tour and tour options are wide based on preference of the traveler; reviews about the tour companies and the 24/7 support are just great. i like that i can pay the deposit first (i need to apply for a visa) and even has an option for instalment payment. Now, I can't wait for my safari tour.”

“I love this website most. I can easily compare what any travel firm has to offer against the others......all in one place. I find it friendly because I don’t have to click around all over the place and go from page to page. I can create a list of favourites for a later review. I like the reviews - they seem authentic enough. Booking is super simple - no unnecessary fees and should it not work out the balance can be transferred to another trip. I haven’t actually experienced a trip yet, so let us see if it goes as well as advertised. That happens a-lot - oversell and under deliver (eg. Go Russia are expert at screwing people over). So far, what’s not to love? TourRadar is awesome!”
