“They had very nice customer service, made it very easy to find and compare similar tours, and helped with switching around a tour and getting a refund back. Very pleased with using the site and their service. The website is also much much cleaner and user friendly than some other competing sites.”

“I traveled last month to Vietnam and Cambodia with Hoian Express and the trip was amazing. Very well organized and the guides were really good. Now I am hoping to have the same experience on this oncoming trip. Thank you!”

“The contact person for our tour Shawn Jin is amazing. If you book a tour you should ask for him. He responds immediately, nights weekends etc. We needed to make some changes to the tour and he easily accommodated us. we had a lot of questions and Shawn was willing to research any question we had. He helped with airline tickets, phones, currency changes, tours. He was willing to go out of his way even before we booked the tour. We decided to go with tourradar because of Shawn. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel that the tour will be wonderful. Thanks Shawn”
