The contact person for our tour Shawn Jin is amazing. If you book a tour you should ask for him. He responds immediately, nights weekends etc. We needed to make some changes to the tour and he easily accommodated us. we had a lot of questions and Shawn was willing to research any question we had. He helped with airline tickets, phones, currency changes, tours. He was willing to go out of his way even before we booked the tour. We decided to go with tourradar because of Shawn.
