“I've received my tower airfryer today not used as yet but a friend as one n recommended me this model well packed book with it also I will let you know when used but think I'm going be very happy with this model thank you with quick delivery”

“Recently my Tower Fryer malfunctioned and as I had registered for the 3 year guarantee I contacted your Customer Services. Kelly one of your agents contacted me and has since solved the problem….,..She was ever so helpful and as a result I now await my replacement. Many thanks to Kelly for all her help.”

“Excellent quality. Well packed and great finish. Extended 3 year free warranty says a lot about faith in Towers product. Have yet to try although layout and displays look pretty intuitive.”

“I received a Tower Air Fryer as a Christmas gift and went online to register it for the extended warranty. Unfortunately it was over 28 days from when it was purchased to when I tried to register it. I contacted Tower and received a quick reply from Sam advising me that, as the product was a gift, that she would register it for the extended warranty. Excellent service”

“Upgraded our small older airfryer to this and I should have done this sooner! It’s amazing! It’s the best thing I’ve bought and haven’t used my oven since! We are a family of 4 and I do everything in it! This is as good if not better as other well known brands! Highly recommend! Also glad I bought the biggest one with dual draws as works better for us!! I just need a few more trays!”

“Brilliant so far ! I'm still learning how to use it but thinking of purchasing an air fryer cook book too! It made jacket potatoes lovely and crispy and cooked a lasagne in it and bacon . Even warmed up some mince pies over Christmas without them drying up . So far so good!”

“we had an issue with the booklet that came with the fryer. Our dogs decided to rip it up. We contacted customer services and was replied too by Megan who instantly sent an electronic copy. We then asked if there was a recipe book for our air fryer and again this was sent elctronicly by Megan. Thank you very much.”

“Just a heads up for the fantastic Customer Service at Tower. Ordered a Tower Pressure Cooker and had been really happy with it but it developed a fault. Contacted Customer Service who responded really quickly. Fantastically helpful and no nonsense, no fuss - immediate refund recommended. Top response and one very happy customer.
