I’m so pleased we managed to purchase a double draw air fryer. We had been searching for a long time and finally managed to buy the Vortex 9 Litre. We are so happy with it. It does so much more than we thought it could. The double draw allows us to use both draws at the same time but the food is cooked on different settings, yet it’s all cooked at the same time. Would definitely recommend this product.

Bought kettle, toaster and cannisters in grey and rose gold, they look stunning and really finish the kitchen off. Great product and good quality.

Really pleased with the Tower Xpress Pro which was half the price of another more well known brand for same features. I was a bit unsure having looked at others reviews but when I realized that the majority of lower score reviews were from people giving 1 star due to not being delivered before Xmas I thought Two things firstly how can someone rate a product so low just because of delivery delay that doesn't make a product bad, secondly ordering just before Xmas with planned strikes isn't sensible. We used our Tower for the first time today and found the User manual very user friendly and having washed the included accessories & machine gently & carried out the 15 minute trial run (I'd recommend opening window in kitchen) and leaving for 30 minutes for New metal smell to disappear. The food was cooked better than I had expected and I'm looking forward to cooking more of the recipes included within the enclosed recipe guide. Really glad I saw sense and bought this product

Sam was excellent. I had not got a recipe/instruction book in my new tower air fryer. The problem was quickly resolved and within a day I had the missing info!

Evri have had my order for weeks now, no way to contact evri direct and no way to contact Tower direct, emails only. Came on here to see if others experienced the same, and there's lots of people having issues with customer service. You just have to look at these reviews, Tower have only responded to the 5 star ones. Not going to hold my breath on getting my fryer any time soon :(

Breadmaker was fine for a while but then not. Tried to claim on warranty but two emails and a web claim. gave been ignored. Unimpressed isn't the word.

Barbary & Oak 28cm round cast iron casserole (colour Bordeaux Red). Great quality item. This size is excellent as it fits sensibly in to a standard size oven (many others are over 35cm meaning it gets hard to safely grasp the side handles when you want to remove the dish from the oven). You can still get six generous servings of (for example) a pasta bake, however, out of this 28cm shallow cast iron dish. Very pleased and highly recommend it !

Not worth the £229 paid, and then to be discounted to £160 about a month after buying mine. Haven’t done much out of the ordinary tbh, chips,kilted soldiers, shepherds pie. But basket no 1 window has gone all hard bubbles. Only been used less than a month. Only noticed on 29th, so waiting to hear back from tower.

Crisper tray was missing from air fryer. Rang on 28/12/22 to report. Phone answered reasonably quickly by Liberty who dealt with the issue. Emailed me a SAME DAY update, received missing part today -31st! Brilliant service. Very happy. Will certainly order from tower housewares again. Big thank you to Liberty!

Used twice can’t fault it in anyway it cooks. Great stuff. Tho 2nd use the handle has broke clean off! I have already emailed customer services and no reply. I need a replacement handle/drawer but don’t seem to have the model that I need on the net anywhere. Please resolve this as I really like the air fryer
