“Megan was very helpful, I had waited a while for my air fryer to be delivered, so contacted Tower and spoke to Megan, she done some digging as the air fryer had been sent out to Evri for delivery. Unfortunately the air fryer had gone missing presumably at evri(hermes) site. Thank you Megan for sorting that for me.”

“terrible product i used it twice and it set on fire melting all the insides to which tower didnt reply for over a week i had to contact them again and battle to get money back poor customer service leave people without an answer dont buy this product”

“Had a cordless vacuum develop a fault,[had registered extended warranty],it was outside one year shop warranty.Emailed Tower had contact with Chloe H who was very helpful and as a result vacuum will be replaced.Excellent customer service,would highly recommend Tower company.”

“Ordered and paid for an accessory for my new air fryer. Sent by Evri but never arrived. Tower customer 'service' have failed to respond to my emails. So I have no parcel and no refund. Unacceptable.”

“I bought a single drawer air fryer to replace one that been used to death. The new one cooks faster than my old one and is very quiet when in use. I'm very happy with this fryer and would recommend it to anyone.”

“I emailed Tower with an enquiry regarding a replacement accessory for my Air- Fryer. My enquiry was responded to and dealt with by Kelly in a very competent and courteous manner. Tower did not have the accessory in stock but Kelly went to the trouble of checking elsewhere and providing me a link to a supplier through eBay. Excellent customer service. NOTE. The rating boxes below are not working. I would have scored five stars for the service I received. (Excellent)”

“I have yet to receive my air fryer that I ordered on 25/12/22, as my courier lost it and I'm waiting for a replacement. I do have a 4 litre, 1 drawer tower air fryer that I love.”

“Bought after seeing my daughters at Christmas ..and I can in all honesty say ..I love it .I haven't used my big electric cooker in the three weeks since I got my duel air fryer. I am so pleased its efficient easy to clean its saving me at least £3 to £5 a day in energy costs and the food is lovely. I'm still learning different tine / heat settings etc on meals to cook but the match cooking is a game changing additional bonus ..I'm delighted”

“Bought the Vortx 9 Litre Dual Basket Air Fryer as a Christmas present. It arrived in its original box (no courier safe packaging) in an opened state and was completely torn down one seam with other various major box damage. As this was delivered to a neighbour I was unable to reject it at the door. You cannot speak to Tower for love or money, everything has to be done through email. I sourced another one from another seller with next-day delivery (and a lot cheaper). The product itself is fine, it does what it says on the tin. Unfortunately, however, I can only give Tower Housewares three stars. I knocked one star off for the long-winded returns (got my refund the second week in January) and the other star was knocked off because of the courier they used (Evri), who does not seem to take care of what they are delivering. (Word to the wise: Try and avoid companies who use Evri, previously known as Hermes. They are awful, really awful. Read the Evri reviews on this site.)”
