“I have a very busy lifestyle, my Christmas present will allow me to prepare fresh healthy food to turn on to cook as I walk in the door, quick shower, pjs on and relax to some homemade healthy food in no time. Oh in the meanwhile saving electric… win win”

“24cm casserole dish good product. Just a shame that putting the Union Jack on the leaflet and making it look like a Great British product only to find in small print on box “Made in China” Either make in Great Britain or take the flag off !”

“Very poor customer service. I ordered an item which was for a Christmas Present. Realised when starting to wrap it that the item was not what I had ordered. The box was approx. the size and weight of what I ordered so had not realised before. Anyway, these things happen but how it is rectified matters. I have had no response to two emails sent over two days from their customer service inbox. Not even an acknowledgment email. This is not good customer service.”
