Waited over the 7 days for a reply then finally got a reply which then waited the 5-10 working days for a refund! Have I received my refund? No! Absolutely appalling customer service!

Due to the popularity of our energy saving products coupled by the well documented disruptions in many courier networks our Customer Services Team have been inundated with enquiries. Our Customer Services Team have been working hard to respond to our customers messages as soon as possible. Having reviewed your comments personally I can see that your refund was not processed on time as a result of an oversight by one of the team. This was a great toaster until I inadvertently damaged it beyond repair (I cleaned the oven range and accidently knocked on the grill segment that the toaster was sitting on - it didn't like it) I was so pleased with the toaster that I've now bought a four slice one. It doesn't exactly match with the Kettle - another good purchase - but it's close enough to fit in. Same colours, midnight blue and rose gold, and it fits in well. Very pleased with it. We have a motorhome and take the toaster away with us whenever we travel. I've not had good experiences with previous toasters, but this and my subsequent purchases have been very satisfactory - even toasting and good results.

I love my reversible plate and I am so pleased I went on the waiting list for it. It is brilliant for cooking bacon and sausages in my 5 in 1. I can’t wait to try a homemade pizza! It is really well made and a bargain at under ten pounds.

Received the air fryer in quick time. Used 3 times and requested to return as I believe faulty. Very poor performance and taking nearly double the time to cook food Emailed customer services and still waiting nearly 7 days later. Maybe leaving a review will get me a response.

My 80 year old mother bought a tower kettle a year ago since Nov I have complained on her behalf countless emails copies of receipt ian number photos etc .There customer service is non exting they aren't interested and it seems to be the same email that is automatically sent out They way she has been treated both rude and uninterested discrimination of a person who doesent use the Internet and is unable to email . SHE PAID 40 EUROS BECAUSE IT HAD 3 YEAR GUARANTEE AND SHE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE BETTER QUALITY HOW WRONG SHE WAS .She could have bought a lidi kettle with 3 year guarantee for 17 euros .Its a disgraceful treatment when you complain that they people who are supposed to help you ignore and are quiet uninterested Its disgraceful why offer a guarantee if you don't honour it I will DEFINITELY NEVER BUYA TOWER PRODUCT AGAIN AND NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE TO BUY IT .A company is as good as its customer service .I would recommend you look at your staff in customer service and train them properly as they are loosing you customer which will have a knock on effect on all your future products sales A VERY ANNOYED CUSTOMER

My Tower Smoked Glass Kettle was delivered on 3rd Dec 22. It's very smart and stylish and seems to be very good quality. It is quick to boil and quiet in use. It pours more slowly and is heavier than any other kettle I have had but that probably makes it safer as it is less likely to over pour or get knocked over. My husband has been using the kettle for the past two weeks and has had no problems with it. However, as I am disabled and have trouble lifting much more than 500ml of water without pain, I have only used the kettle three times when I had to hold the kettle with both hands, one with the handle and the other with the bottom of the kettle. Overall we are very pleased with the kettle and would highly recommend it but it would have helped if the weight of the kettle had been stated in the description so that anyone with a disability could consider this when purchasing the product as I probably would have chosen a lighter one even though I really like the look and quality of this product. Delivery was slightly delayed but I think this was due to the courier rather than Tower but I am very satisfied with Tower's response to this.

My Tower air fryer broke down within weeks. I have been sending endless emails to the customer services department for months now. No solution as of yet.

Purchased items spares which were in stock not heard another thing sent invoice removed money from bank and still not heard a thing this was on the 11/12/22. emailed company they will contact you in 7 days what a waste of time on wanted this before Christmas I should think no chance . They do not deserve customers Look at Trust pilot bad reviews customers service and delivery if the cared they would change delivery method.

Order placed Shipped rapidly by Tower and then lost by their shipper Can't contact Tower by phone and no reponse to an email Shame as it is a Xmas present
