I can't rate it as I haven't received it??? Who knows where it is, very disappointed. As other review have mentioned delivery is poor. Probably blame it on the weather. 8/9 days since ordering, I just have an evri message saying delayed.

Firstly I placed and paid for the order only to be told it was out of stock. I was given a date the item was to be restocked and sent out. This came and went so I ordered elsewhere and mailed Tower to cancel. Then my item was dispatched. I accepted delivery and arranged a return with Tower. This was over a month ago and despite sending emails and dealing with the same person (Carina) I’m still waiting for a refund. Not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend

Broken product arrived - plastic inside trim in pieces. Phone number on invoice just refers you to email so pointless - unable to speak with anyone. Email says they take 7 working days to reply. No reply on socials but constantly posting marketing on their socials. I’m hoping I can get a refund but at the moment have zero hope. No simple return method like any other company - just have to wait for an email. Will never recommend tower to anyone and will never use them again.

Do not buy from this company. I bought an Airfryer for £109 and it turned up damaged and when you call Tower a recorded message informs you that they dont want to talk to customers so you have to email them. Thats how little they think of their customers. They couldnt be arsed to speak to you. So now I have a faulty product which was a christmass present and have to wait for Tower to get round to emailing me about it, and everytime I email them you know the response will take days and days. Do yourself a favour and skip this company.

Item not received Tower customer service very poor and not contactable by phone only email, Courier company are a sham, not impressed!!

Waited a while to receive my product due to been out off stock ( worth the wait , Neat unit no Knobs 👍 easy clean 👍 Less cost to run 👍 I’ll be experimenting 👍

Oh my god!!! Game changer....my oven is almost obsolete....the hype is true, get one...seriously GET ONE! I have been debating for ages, took the plunge and have cut my electricity bill for cooking by at least £1 a day...I've got a full electric range and it took around 45mins to an hour to make chips, roasters etc...this oven does full meals for four in 18mins...microwave veggies and the time saving is worth more than the money! Tower, you have made a working mums day!!!

5 Litre Draught Beer Keg Dispenser Could not get this product to work, used all the gas bottles trying, instructions did not explain things properly. Will be returning.

I bought the crisper for my T17039,I found it easy enough to fit and use but the downside is the closure clip is flimsy, may I suggest making the clip of a higher gauge metal ensuring a tighter fit,a couple of times the door has opened when in use,and no I didn't overload it, I award the crisper 4/5

I highly recommend the Tower Vortex 9 Litre Dual Basket Air Fryer & would give this 5 out 5. The build quality is excellent, with a nice looking appearance on my kitchen counter. There are a selection of presets and they can be adjusted to suit personal preferences. I have had no problems understanding how to use this or how to set up a manual program. Really pleased with my purchase.

Ordered a mini oven nearly 3 weeks ago, never received it, have tried to contact customer service and still nor received a response. The oven is for my 80 year old mother in law whose old oven has broken. So she is without a cooker. I paid extra for next day delivery. I really didn't expect this sort of service.
