Received my airfryer on 7th Dec which had clearly been dropped or bashed around by the courier, wrote with photos of the area of chipped plastic at the top corner which makes it unusable and damage to the box to Tower customer services on 8th as it was the only option for contact. Received an auto response to say due to high demand I would receive a response within 7 working days. This morning saw a request to review the product. The airfryer looks great and I'm looking forward to using it when it's replaced. I'll update my review to reflect the response from customer service when I have one and the airfryer itself when I can use it.

I really don’t want to write a bad post as I ordered an air fryer for my wife for Christmas and it arrived within 3 days….. brilliant. However, my wife wasn’t happy with my choice of Christmas present and I now want to return it and get my money back. Unfortunately, I am finding it very difficult to contact anyone or get a response to my emails. I just want to buy a returns label which is shown in their returns policy. It is very frustrating and I can see why other comments about poor service have been made on the site. I’m hoping that I get a quick response to this so I can place a positive post. Many thanks

I can't rate a product I have not received, paid for next day delivery (8 days after ordering still not received) if your product is anything like your service then its rubbish

My order 56708 did not arrive,I ve emailed Tower quite a few times and had no response apart from automated emails,I am £199 out of pocket and will not be recommending this company

Having had the opportunity to review your enquiry I can confirm your parcel was damaged during its journey and as a result a decision was made to return your parcel to us. I would not recommend ordering anything from tower. I ordered 3 items in November, still not received. No contact number anywhere that actually lets you speak to a human and no response to emails! Terrible service

I have contacted customer service to tell them the fryer has a large scratch on it. I have submitted pictures. Also the box was damaged when it arrived. It was only in the Tower box, no other box or plastic wrapping. X

We previously had an actifry for many years and have found the best results with the air fryer is not to pre boil the chips, but to coat them in a little oil, then cook, as with actifry. We are very pleased with it + consider it to be good value for money.

Very nice piece of equipment, cooks food very quickly and efficiently. The only downside is the instructions,they aren't very clear to understand. I had to watch a you tube video to learn the correct way to setup and cook. On the whole worthwhile purchase.

Up to now it is in my oven but not used yet. I am waiting for my cook book from yourselves which I scanned on the box it was bought in to see how and what I can cook. Once j do cook something then if I get another questionnaire I will let you not.
