“I have contacted customer service to tell them the fryer has a large scratch on it. I have submitted pictures. Also the box was damaged when it arrived. It was only in the Tower box, no other box or plastic wrapping. X”

“We previously had an actifry for many years and have found the best results with the air fryer is not to pre boil the chips, but to coat them in a little oil, then cook, as with actifry. We are very pleased with it + consider it to be good value for money.”

“Very nice piece of equipment, cooks food very quickly and efficiently. The only downside is the instructions,they aren't very clear to understand. I had to watch a you tube video to learn the correct way to setup and cook. On the whole worthwhile purchase.”

“Up to now it is in my oven but not used yet. I am waiting for my cook book from yourselves which I scanned on the box it was bought in to see how and what I can cook. Once j do cook something then if I get another questionnaire I will let you not.”

“Great product, so easy to use, a temperature dial and a timer dial that's it. Gets up to temperature really quick, and it has quite a large basket, as a family of three it does us fine. If your new to air fryers this is a great one to get started. 10/10”

“Only recently bought it. We have cooked frozen breaded fish, very succulent. Cooked chicken, very succulent. Not enjoying the vegetables we've cooked. Not sure how to over come this as we are vegetable lovers but not fried!!!. As I said early days!!”

“Order on the 6th, delivered with no issues on the 9th!! Only problem I had was no confirmation email when ordered, but as it’s been delivered earlier than I expected well impressed. Only used once so far but works as expected, results were excellent.”

“Im in the same boat . Had an email to review the dual air fryer when i Havant even received it . No response from towers or hermes . The delivery update is frozen from 3.12.22 . Contact in non existent as ive sent several emails to both parties . The supplied phone number is the usual automated bull sh#t of were busy inundated with calls , please email us & it hangs up. Discussing way to treat customers especially when ive paid in full. Ive demanded a full refund . Think carefully before ordering online from this dick turpin of a company”

“Emailed on 24 Nov concerning my order which I have not received. Got a reply from a Chloe H to advise she was currently investigating with the courier and would get back to me ASAP but then saying allow 48 working hour's (6 working day???). Then i emailed 5 Dec to chase it up and she reminds me 48 working hours. I then reply to her email advising that I have had enough and want a refund. It is the 6th day and no email as to what is going on. Customer service is terrible.”
