What a firm reported a fault on a air fryer 26th October.told to take cable off and send pictures to confirm.Told they had a replacement after about a week had a e-mail saying they was-going to upgrade because of the problems and would arrive in 3-5 Days.nothing arrived .So over 20 e-mails and waiting from October. Till December still no air fryer.was even told someone was going to ring they did not.This is the sort of service you expect from a tin pot back street firm. I got in touch with Amazon and got my money back from them.At least they answer a phone or e-mails,if your thinking of buying anything beware of Tower.

Reference to my previous review posted 1/12. Airfryer arrived on the 2/12, so hopefully everything ok now. Have not received an email back from Tower yet. But at least the Airfryer has arrived. Will think again though if Evri is the companies courier.

We wish we'd never heard of this company. We ordered an airfryer on the 17th Nov, it was received by the courier on 18th Nov and then nothing. We can't speak to the courier and you can't even speak to the companies customers support. We have e-mailed 3 times now and nothing. This is how low the company can get, they sent us an email to review the item that we haven't received. This company has its employees write in their review of how good the company is to work for. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

After sales is non existent. Delivery was quick but unpacking revealed a faulty vortex air fryer. You can’t phone as you just receive a recorded message which then disconnects. My detailed email was answered automatically telling me that I would be contacted at a later date. I am now stuck with a faulty appliance and nobody from Tower could care less. I have however received many emails telling me how Wonderfull Tower are. The last one from David was trying to sell me more products. Still no response from customer services. Disappointed would be an understatement.

Unfortunately it has still not been delivered yet!...have had emails saying that there is a delay for some reason!

I would like to tell you that this is an amazing product, however I have not received it. I was emailed by Evri on 24/11/22 to say it was out for delivery then a further email saying there was a delay with delivery and they would contact me the following day. I've heard nothing since and there is no way of contacting them. I have informed Tower customer services by email and I'm currently waiting to hear back. I would be extremely grateful if this could be investigated as I have no delivery notification and feel extremely disappointed with the service Evri is supposed to provide. I have rated 5 star as I am fully aware this has been dispatched by Tower. Kind regards, Melanie Pedro

I like this and am using it alot. I'm disappointed and didn't realise that you can't fit a whole chicken and do roast potatoes at the same time. So a whole roast dinner can't be done in it, not with a whole chicken anyway. Everything I have cooked in it so far has been lovely

Very disappointed in the product arrival. The unit was boxed within a box. I opened the external box, held the carry handle to the internal box and removed. Once clear of the external box the bottom of the internal box collapsed and the air fryer and contents crashed to the floor. No tape had been added to the bottom to secure Very poor standard for safe carriage.

Well, since we got it at home , oven is not used any longer. Food is getting made very quick and saving money in electricity. We are very happy with the air fryer. Thanks

We ordered a 2 draw air fryer which arrived damaged, delivery company at fault. I contacted Tower customer services via email explaining the damage & supplied photos. I got a reply from "Sam" within an hour which was a surprise. After a couple more emails & more photos a replacement was organised to arrive with a few days. I have to say Sam at Tower customer services was fantastic to deal with. This is how all customer services should be done. We'll done Tower, I would recommend you to anyone.

Evri delivered my Air Fryer to an unknown address. I had to go and hunt down my delivery, which was disgusting. When I eventually found it the box was in pieces and taped with Hermes tape. Once inside the box pieces missing. Had to wait a week on Tower getting back to me and still don’t have an air fryer. Need another courier service

Cooks quick and is cheaper to run if you only cooking small things. Food on top shelf cooks much much quicker so be careful where you put stuff, for me a drawback is the rotisserie because of the mechanism it means you can't have a shelf in the middle, the bottom and middle shelves are far too close together
