Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family so not had the opportunity to see it 'in action' yet! As a matter of interest I bought it directly from you at £199.99 because there didn't seem to be any around in the shops. Now I find they've all had deliveries, so I could have bought it from Argos for £125 Black Friday price (£150 catalogue price)! Just my luck!!

“I ordered my air fryer on 18th November and I’ve still not received it! I can’t get through on the telephone and I have not received a response to my email even though the 7 working day timescale for a response has passed. I’ve even had confirmation from the courier Evri to say the parcel is unaccounted for!! Tower have taken my money, but no product and no response and then I receive an email to review the product! Very disappointed. Terrible customer service!

The air fryer is everything I thought it would be , cooks quickly and efficiently . The only issue with the purchase was the fact that this company uses EVRI as their delivery service , it took 14 days for product to arrive even with the tracking provided it was hard to know when to expect delivery . I did check on the website before purchase to see how the product would arrive and nowhere did it mention EVRI .

We have used this a few times and love it. We have used the Rotisserie function made yorkshire puds, roasted veg. Very pleased so far

I’ve still not received my Air Fryer! I can’t get through on the telephone and I have not received a response to my email even though the 7 working day timescale for a response has passed today. Very disappointing! They have taken my money, but no product and no response, but I have received an email to review the product! Very disappointed.

It is a good air fryer, just 1 issue that is was £120 on argos a couple of days later.

Overall happy, however your delivery service was very poor. I raised the issue to yourselves and was advised to raise the complaint with Evri which I did on their feedback mail. Haven't heard anything yet ( surprise, surprise!) Regards Paul

I love the Tower airfryer but I personally would have preferred if it didn't have a rotisserie as this limits the placement of the shelves

Absolutely fantastic. Exactly what we wanted. Realistically it's only big enough to feed 3 to 4 people. But that's not much of a inconvenience. Product is well made and cooks lovely.

Sadly this air fryer arrived opened and was damaged the box looked very battered considering it had only dispatched the previous day ..in fact I would say the box wasnt new..that's how bad it.. Very disappointed & I was left very frustrated by the lack of customer support it was over a week later till someone contacted me & that I think was because I left a review somewhere which was picked up by someone & as of today I haven't yet had my refund.. Being so close to Christmas I'm hoping I'll get it ASAP..

Up to now very pleased with it although still learning Disappointed that there wasn't enough information on times and temperatures on cooking food, its mainly trial and error.

Really pleased with the Air Fryer, I like the fact you can use both baskets at different temperatures and times. I am surprised at how quiet it is. Great Air Fryer
