“Absolutely fantastic. Exactly what we wanted. Realistically it's only big enough to feed 3 to 4 people. But that's not much of a inconvenience. Product is well made and cooks lovely.”

“Sadly this air fryer arrived opened and was damaged the box looked very battered considering it had only dispatched the previous day ..in fact I would say the box wasnt new..that's how bad it.. Very disappointed & I was left very frustrated by the lack of customer support it was over a week later till someone contacted me & that I think was because I left a review somewhere which was picked up by someone & as of today I haven't yet had my refund.. Being so close to Christmas I'm hoping I'll get it ASAP..”

“So glad I waited to get this the only thing I don't like is the door handle marks dead easy so the sliver has come away after only a week you would think for the money ur paying it would be alot better and doing the rotisserie chicken is abit tricky but I still think it is worth the money and u get lots of accessories with it”

“I purchased the air fryer for my daughter to help her save money cooking for family,When I first unbox the fryer I thought the drawers looked a bit flimsy compared to the philips fryer i presently own but when me and the grand kids cooked chicken,chips and fish goujons it was so simple to use and the food tasted great in fact my grandson said the chips were the best he had tasted enough said👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼”

Hi Stuart, Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments about your recent delivery experience. I was sorry to read about the issue with our courier partners. Rest assured this is a rare event and I can confirm steps have been taken to process your refund which was completed on 1st December. We always advise our customers to leave 5 working days for the refund to be received back to the original payment method used. Regards Keith - Group Customer Services Manager
