Very pleased with the dual basket air fryer after only having single one before.Still learning all programmes. Would have liked a more in-depth instruction book with recipes. Have had to look on tube to find more things out. So come on Tower bring out a Tower recipe book for your dual air fryer

Very good easy to use not much room on each shelf if you want to cook 3 different things at once as the rotisserie bracket stops you using the one shelf

Well the air fryer doesn't work and I waiting for a response about what you are going to do about it. It is pretty poor that I have to rely on email as you don't do phone calls. A very unhappy customer.

I give it a 5 My 1st experience of air dying is proving very successful I have not used my large oven since I bought it Very easy to keep clean Well done tower Only a small niggle a hand held cookery book would have been helpful

There is no customer service. Phone is a recored message saying to email. Emails take aweek to get an answer. So sorry that this company has dropped this low.

Very happy with my 10 in 1 air fryer very disappointed that I can’t get the rotisserie basket to cook my chips and crisps I bought one from the internet to find Out does not fit my air fryer

Ordered a 9 litre air fryer which arrived but had damaged packaging and no instruction booklet. Tried to call but you get through to a recorded message telling you to send an email to their customer service department as they are so busy. The response to the email is an automated response advising they'll get back to you in 7 days. Still no response one week later. Now at the point of contacting Trading Standards or Citizens Advice Bureau to see if they can get a response. Based on this I suggest you avoid Tower Housewares like the plague.

Payed for next day delivery and hasnt turned up . Tryed calling customer service and just said email us . Where is the customer service there is non . Iv tryed ringing the delivery company no answer , so what is the point in me paying for next day delivery if im not going to get it next day , i no its only £4.99 but still i payed for next day so i want £4.99 i payed back as i havent got the item next day

Placed an order on the 21 November for the vortex xl Air fryer, so far no airfryer but have taken the money. I have no idea what is going on as have had no communication from them. Phone number does not work as they tell you to email, you email then it takes 7 days for them to reply. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

I need to cancel my order and get a refund I haven’t received item and logged this by email on Friday to action as soon as possible Money has been taken 189.99 please refund and retrieve item from courier
