The instruction manual really isn't very good, so pop on to YouTube and find someone who is product testing the machine. This will help you quickly familiarise yourself.with it's functions. It's a great air fryer. Ridiculously good value, that stands up to a Ninja for a fraction of the price.

I am truly overjoyed with the Vortex 4 Litre Air Fryer. It does impressive jacket potatoes with a crispy skin in no time at all. I am still getting to know the Air Fryer but would thoroughly recommend it.

Customer services contacted me finally after 3 days (have proof of that) They Failed to assess the situation correctly. My item fan stopped working caused the item to smoke and I got a final decision the item works, just a grease build-up, that because is smoking. After explaining them it smokes like a grill, because works like a grill without the fan, they finally agreed to return it. Took too long. However I fed-up with their "item works" decision and open it to have a look inside. Found a 150C thermal fuse glued to the fan winding was tripped. After replacing the fuse item work as it should. Definitely warranty issue.

Customer feedback also allows us to provide a balanced response from the organisation. Upon receipt of your initial message we did acknowledge safe receipt of your message and provided timescales as to when you could expect a response from us. In addition we did make a polite request not to send duplicate messages to us as this often hinders our effectiveness to respond to your enquiry in the shortest possible time. I can confirm we responded to your multiple messages received well within the timescale quoted. When a customer reports a fault with their product our customer service team endeavour to obtain as much information as possible to diagnose the root cause of the fault - this may involve asking the customer to send photographs or indeed return the product to ourselves for inspection. One of the requirements of our warranty scheme is to ensure your product is cleaned and maintained regularly - the photographs we received indicated this was not the case with your product. In addition you confirmed that you attempted to repair the product yourself - the warranty of your product does state that the product should not be opened for safety reasons. It only leaves me to apologise for any shortfall you have perceived in our efforts to resolve your enquiry. Regards Keith - Group Customer Services Manager

I will tell you how they made me unhappy. Quality of the grill plates in the air fryer model no T17088 is sub standard. The non stick coating has peeled off after use on only 3 occasions. Washing instructions followed to the letter. What a pity Tower do not have quality control by producing this simple part in the UK rather than China.

The draws are loose, screws have fallen out. It’s going rusty. We have had it around 6 months and use it 2-3 times a week. Extremely poor quality / product

My airfryer got faulty. Customer support did not respond under an hour as stated in here. Been 4 days from first email (5 emails by now) and no respond. Been just 58 days since purchase.
