“My 3L air fryer is easy to use and turns out great results. Ideal for cooking meals for one or two people. I would have given it 5 stars as I thought it was a good buy from Argos at £50 but within days of buying it from them they reduced the price to £30 so I now feel slightly cheated!!”

“I've only had my Tower Air fryer a few months and I don't know how I have managed without it for the last 70 years. I hope I get 70 years of use out of it. DJS”

“Airfryer worked well for 11 months then packed up. Extended warranty. I have sent all relevant photos and information as requested, but I have been trying now for over two months to get a replacement or refund. Every time I email,I get another number and go to the end of the queue. Will never buy or recommend Tower in future.”

When a customer contacts Tower we acknowledge safe receipt of their enquiry and provide an indication of when a response will be provided. “Does just what it says. It’s not too heavy and the quality of the chips is excellent. Only takes 20 mins plus to get them nice and crispy. Fir all the family? Mmm ? Only 500gram that to me is a small family.”

“Contacted Tower via email with an issue with my Airfryer. Fayyaz was extremely helpful in resolving the matter. New Airfryer received. Although it did take a while (3rd October - 6th November) Fayyaz was in constant contact throughout discussing options. Excellent customer service. Thank you Fayyaz and Tower.”

“I LOVE MY TOWER AIR FRYER !!!!! I thoroughly did my research and it's the best on the market. All stainless steel interior and it really dehydrates. Many claim to dehydrate but the temperature doesn't go low enough. The air fryer that I got goes all the way down to 30c. I have no dehydrated mushrooms at 35c. I guess dehydrating at a lower temperature helps preserve the goodness. Most only go down to 80c. Most of the air fryers on the market are fully of aluminium. Look up Dr Exley - world expert on aluminium and says that it should not be anywhere near food.”
