“My appliance broke down after 11 months with a 3 year guarantee, contacted Tower, spoke to a human every time I called, polite, professional, friendly, I provided the evidence, replacement on it's way. This is the way to treat customers.”

“Just purchased a T17088 and, having just used it three times, so far I am delighted with it. I've tried chips, roast potatoes, fish and frozen veg. While all good, the jury is out re frozen broccoli...maybe I've to try again.”

“Nice iron. Ceraglide, unusual as it can operate in two ways. With cord or without. Brilliant idea. I had lots of tower pots and pans in the fifties and sixties. They lasted, in fact I believe we still have one. Hope it’s the same company!”
