“Claimed under warranty for a Kettle that had bits that fell off it. Took a bit of discussion before agreement to replace but got there in the end”

“Fantastic machine at a great price. Bought it from Amazon and received the next day. We've used it every day for over a month, wished we'd bought one earlier! Daughter has one and also our friend purchased one too. Don't need to use our oven. The machine comes to temperature very fast. Great rotisserie for chicken but only buy up to 1.3kg we bought one bigger but no problem we cut it in half and roasted it on one of the shelves. So many things to cook and so easy to use! Thank you Tower. A very Happy customer.”

“Awful Service, First sent a damaged Air fryer, then, No refund even after returning the item ( after one week). Finally Paypal refunded my money.”

“Product was exactly as expected, and arrived quickly, but in a box about 10" square - for a wingnut, which could have been put in a small padded envelope with a second-class stamp, instead of the ridiculous £3.99 delivery charge”

“My air fryer stopped working after 30 months of use, I contacted Tower providing photos of the item and proof of purchase etc., a new fryer is being sent to me without any fuss. Great service.”

“Purchased air fryer T17021 in 1999 with a three year guarantee, but now as developed a fault the fan as stopped working and the inner basket button release as broken I have a three year warranty certificate but tower will not honer this because I don't have the original purchase receipt, after all who keeps original purchase receipts when you have a Tower issued warranty certificate so beware of your air fryer goes faulty within 3 years and you don't have the original purchase receipt you won't get any help from Tower !!! Very disappointed customer.”

“I bought recently a Tower RF1PRO vacuum and there was no power adaptor in the box. I called imediaelly the "Customer service" and the Lady told they don't have any spare parts, try to get a replacement adaptor from the retailer- but this is impossible as the retailer was an auction website. I don't understand this because the company wrote to the back of the user manual: "... need any spare parts, please call our Customer Support Team..." What a great Customer Support, thank you, Tower Housewares...”

“I have nearly completed my collection of my chosen range and couldn't be happier.My kitchen looks AMAZING,ALL products arrived next day delivery as requested,packaged very carefully without waste.I couldn't be any happier with my collection and if you're doing a shall I shall I not then I strongly advise go for it,don't wait treat yourself you deserve a kitchen as good as mine looks thanks to my absolutely gorgeous amazing accessories 😀”
