These are, without a shadow of a doubt, the worst products I have ever had the misfortune of using. Everyone involved in the creation of these products should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Avoid like the plague.

Excellant Air Fryer, would have given Five stars, but for the timer knob splitting,but overall brilliant little oven. Tower customer service was excellant and resolved the issues.

Had an issue with the lower rack on my new air fryer, contacted Customer Services who were awesome in dealing with my issue and a replacement was dispatched on the same day.... All I can say is 10 out of 10 for a customer orientated service.

I had a fault in my 2 year old Breadmaker, it was under a 3 year guarantee, other than it took a little time for them to reply on the whole it took a day to solve the problem by sending them the paperwork/photos they requested. They have now sent a new machine. I could not be happier with their service.

I brought a tower sensor bin nearly a year ago and suddenly stopped working. As I am still in my warranty contacted tower regarding the issue. They responded to me within 4 working days. Annie one of the customer representatives was really helpful and resolved the issue really quickly and has sent out a replacement. Yet to receive as of writing but the service so far has been really efficient.

I have used the tower Air Fryer for pork chops, chicken on the rotisserie, fish fingers. Really enjoying using this and everything seems good so far...

Very poor. Microwave has become rusty in 11 months. Unable to contact Tower via phone, waited a week for a reply to email. The reply ( also to my follow-up email) was dismissive and inaccurate, no effort to address the issue at all. Will not be purchasing anything from Tower again.

I had to return a Tower T10057 Glass kettle due to a fault. It took 2 long weeks and many emails and photographs as required by Tower C/S to establish the reasons for the return request. If it wasn't for the efficiency of Annie at C/S, it would have taken much longer, no doubt. Tower have a good selection of Kettles and Toasters. The price is reasonable considering the 3 year warranty provided. The website is user friendly and works well. I am not sure about their Next Day offer for an extra pound. It took 48 hours for mine to arrive. I wrote an email to C/S to query this. I received no response? (I should have directed the email to Annie, I have no doubt that she would have replied fairly quickly) On the whole. I am happy with Tower products and not too impressed with their C/S (with the exception of Annie) I suggest for Tower's marketing team to look at some Lean management Techniques to streamline the business, if Tower is ambitious enough to compete with the best.
