I purchased an Airfryer which worked perfectly well but one of the racks was broken. My call to Customer service was a real professional friendly chat that sorted the issue out at once. The replacement rack is on its way. Thanks Louise, You have given me great confidence in the Tower company. Thanks for being so good and gracious.

Had a broken timer knob on an air fryer. There were no spare parts shown on the web site to buy. Contacted Customer support who were really helpful and found a spare one for me.

I bought a soup maker at the end of 2021 and use it twice a week . However noticed that the ‘blend’ mode didn’t work. I tried a few times, following instructions in the booklet to completely unplug to reset but still no success. Contacted customer services and Azmina arranged a new replacement which was delivered within 2 days. I’ve Just used it to make some lovely soup and the blender works perfectly. I bought a griddle pan may 2021 it is still in warranty have emailed numerous times with no reply. Personally a rubbish aftersales firm.And products no better.

Due to the popularity of the Tower products, we have been inundated with customer enquiries and post Christmas we are taking slightly longer than expected to get to our valuable customer messages. Having investigated your comments we were concerned about the numerous messages you mention - we have 2 messages from you and one of my Senior Customer Advisors has responded to you addressing all of the points you raise. Fabulous airfryer had it for 1 week and I dint know how I loved without one, haven't used rotisserie as yet but I'm sure it will be fabulous, very pleased with this purchase
